• Hector (10/5): Perfect views with a wonderful house - The location is perfect, 1 min walking from the platform of Grindelwald Terminal. 15-20 min walking to the town of Grindelwald. The Staff was great, always answered fast to my doubts. The house is fantastic, with amazing views of the mountains. Everything was perfect

• Federico (10/5): Can't beat the view, can't beat the place. - The view, how quiet everything was around us. Everything is within 5 minutes by car, the direct access to the station was definitely a surprise, during the busy ski season this place is definitely a winner. Once we got there we received access to an amazing web portal for the chalet, everything we wanted to find was right there, there's so much information, that I would have preferred to get it a few days in advance.
• Michele (10/5): This was an epic trip for our family. Would definitely come back. - We liked...no, loved the location. We were a 2-minute walk from the Grindelwald terminal train station that connected us to everything. The Eiger ski lift is located at the terminal (super convenient). We took a bus over to Gindelwald First ski area the second day, which was not as convenient, a short bus ride away, but worth the trip. There were fewer skiers and better snow over at First ski area. All of the photos I've uploaded were taken from the property. The views are breathtaking! Also, don't worry about being so close to the train station. The trains are super quiet and travel very slowly near the house. We didn't hear them at all. We've skied in Utah (Snowbird and Alta) every year for the last 20 years and this trip in many ways was even better than what we're used to. Utah has more snow and it is dryer, but Grindelwald has spectacular views and top-quality lifts and gondolas. We found the Swiss people to be friendly and most spoke English quite well. It's true what they say about the Swiss train system and public transportation. The trains and busses were precisely on time without fault. You can set your watch to these trains. The Swiss also pride themselves on cleanliness. Even the airport bathrooms were impressively clean. Get the SBB app for public transportation and get familiar with it before you go. It is super helpful. Also, read all the instructions posted on their app (link in the email confirmation) about the unit carefully. They are lengthy, but helpful and will serve to keep your stress low when getting there and using the facilities once there. In Europe, they don't use washcloths in the shower. Next time we'll bring our own. From our U.S. standards things were expensive.

• Reem (6/5): Good - The view and the cleaning The windows didn’t had a net so at night we couldn’t open windows cause of insects and bugs, we only had a fan so it was really hot, the check out was really early 10 am.

• Rafia (8/5): it was wonderful - everything the view was amazing and the area not very far from the center 1-in winter no need for AC but in summer AC is needed 2-no window screen for the bugs 3-need more arabic channels 4- bidet sprayer for the toilet. but over all it was wonderful
