Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The reminder of the apartment was old and not very clean at all. Needs a thorough clean and update. Windows and glass doors had not been cleaned in a long time. The balconies were also not able to be used. Not the best value for money. No wifi was an issue.
