- Vinicius (3/5): Poor - The place on the photos are amazing, the current state is a bit older than what it's on the photos. Where to start, smell of the apartment that isn't open for awhile (we had to buy a freshener spray to remove a bit of the smell). Then there's the issue with the feeling of unsafe, the region isn't of the safest of the area and the lack of security with low fences and easy access to any apartment that didn't gave us a really feeling of safeness. Some of the windows didn't fully closed properly so the nights were a bit sketch to caught to sleep. We had another issue that until now wasn't resolved, for two days and a half we had no electricity what made us flee the place and look for another apartment since we had to work remotely and this was one important key for what we rented the place, eletricity and WIFI was our basic requirements where neither of than were met we had to leave. The host still not refund us for the inconvenient and neither Booking is willing to help

- Marcos (9/5): Superb - Great location. Very calm and peacefull place. The pool was also very good. Access to the main places, like Capão da Canoa was done in just 8 to 10min by car. I did travel with my family, a group of four and accomodation was just perfect fo us.
