• Jean-Pierre (7/5): Great location for short stay. Small room with minimalist kitchen - Great location in short walking distance of all main sites of Baden Baden! Kitchen is a bit minimalist. No views.

• Mas (8/5): Pràctic - Allotjament pràctic per estar un dia o dos. Bona situació al costat de les termes. La cuina és petita i incòmoda. Estigueu al cas al fer la reserva si l’apartament és el de la planta baixa.

• Koko Lobino (8/5): Bonne adresse - Logement très central, proche de tout (centre-ville, commerces, restaurants, transports, jardins...), de bonne taille, bien équipé, parfaitement insonorisé. Le parquet en chêne est très agréable, et donne un sentiment de chaleur naturelle. La SdB est petite mais fonctionnelle. La literie est très correcte et confortable, bien que pas assez ferme à mon goût. Concernant le logement il n'y a rien à redire, tout était parfait. J'aurais même aimé prolonger le séjour (mais pas de dispo sur Booking😥). Mon seul bémol concerne mon hôte qui a manqué d'honnêteté quand je lui ai demandé s'il y avait un arrêt de bus vers la gare à proximité du logement. Il m'a fait comprendre que c'était très compliqué et que le mieux était de prendre 1 taxi (celui de son pote par exemple), alors qu'il existe un petit arrêt à 50 mètres, et un plus grand à Leopoldsplatz à 3mn à pied. 3,50 euros contre 32 euros en taxi. Ça fait la différence tout de même !

• Natalia (8/5): - Розташування ідеальне. Є парковка недалеко від квартири. Навпроти є кавярня, що працює зранку, а на сусідній вулиці вдосталь ресторанів. Взагалі до самого центру 5 хвилин прогулятись. Якби їхати в Баден-Баден, я б там знов зупинилась Ми були восени до початку опалювального сезону, коли вже похолодало, було не так тепло, як було б комфортно, і трохи волого. Але, мабуть, це таке міжсезоння

• Carlo (9/5): Die Wohnung hat auf jeden Fall dazu beigetragen, dass unser Wochenende sehr schön war. - Die Lage was füs uns gut und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut Es gibt ein Bügeleisen, wir haben aber keinen Bügelbrett gefunden. Es wäre praktisch den auch bereitzustellen. Sonst haben wir alles gefunden was wir brauchten.

• Peter (7/5): gute FEWO mit einem kleinen Fehler - Sehr gute Lage der FEWO , sehr zentral. Kleine Küche, aber ausreichend. Der Frühstückstisch war etwas zu klein. Parkplatz mit einer Chipkarte direkt neben der FEWO für 10,- pro Tag war sehr optimal. Alles in Allem eine FEWO, die zu empfehlen ist - bis auf einen Punkt , der beschrieben wird im nächsten Punkt Die eingestellten Fotos treffen 100% zu - top leider war der Geruch in der FEWO teilweise nicht auszuhalten, muffig , erdig, Abflussgeruch. Versucht den Gestank wegzubekommen - dachte ,es würde an leeren Siphons liegen. Stellte fest , das der Geruch aus der Waschmaschine kam. Ein Durchspülen der Waschmaschine hat nicht geholfen - wurde eher noch schlimmer. Habe in den Waschpulvereinlass Handwasscreme reingegeben mit ein bisschen Wasser in Kombination - hat dann den Geruch minimiert , so dass die FEWO nutzbar war Leichtes Heizen bei Leerstand würde dem Vorbeugen und entfernen der Waschmaschine ist ratsam
• Roger (7/5): We loved Baden Baden. You cannot beat this place on value particularly in the location. - Location was fantastic we could walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Parking was local and secure. Host was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities suited our needs. Sadly there was a damp smell in the room. It dissipated a little through our stay but it never completely went. Heating needs fixing…this was a known problem and there was a freestanding heater provided which worked well for us but in mid-winter may not be so effective.
• Christine (10/5): Great location for exploring Baden-Baden. Super comfortable for 2 guests. Highly recommend. - Very comfortable beds and seating area. Kitchen small but well equipped. Location is fantastic, as the baths are just minutes away, as are plenty of restaurants and shops. Host provided very clear instructions for access to the property. Overall a really great stay! Only downside was some very uneven cobblestones outside the property down to the street that require you to step a bit carefully. Not easy to roll suitcases on and a bit slippery when wet.

• Elena (10/5): Super location, literally 100 m from Caracala Therme. - The Apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Location is very central. Garage for 10 eur per day in just 50m was a super option. Good value for money!

The room was bigger than expected and it had everything we needed, including kitchen utensils. Collecting the key was easy and the host was in touch with us promptly. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice. We were really impressed with everything and would recommend. Nothing.

• Joshua (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect! Right across the street from the Friedrichsbad and Caracalla Spa, and close proximity to shops and restaurants. You really couldn’t ask for a better location. The space itself was clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. If we are ever back in Baden-Baden, we know where we will be staying!

• Yung-sheng (1/5): You get what you pay for - It is very close to both bath houses with a walking distance if you are into it. And that is about it. We didn't use those bath houses and location didn't matter at all. The owner is very pushy to find out when we will arrive under a rainy day with very heavy traffic and it's the first time for us to visit this country without knowing the direction. He did the same on the day we check out and keep asking when can we leave by text messages! Also he overcharged me 20 Euro in cash about whatever the extra fees. Be aware of his dishonesty! The apartment has lots ants inside the bathroom. The pillows got wire smells. The mattress is very uncomfortable to sleep that I end up felt down from it in the middle of the night! This is not a place for travelers even just a one night stay. This place should not be list in booking to mislead people as a trap!

Really appreciated the ceiling fan which kept the room cool in summer. Nothing - perfect place to stay in Baden Baden!
