• Małgorzata (9/5): - Apartament idealny dla naszej rodziny dwie osoby dorosłe i czworo dzieci. Blisko dwa w pełni wyposażone sklepy i przystanek z którego jeździ punktualnie autobus do Burgas. Super basen z zawsze dostępnym leżakami bez potrzeby rezerwacji;) Przemiła Pani, która zarządza apartamentami jest na miejscu i można liczyć na jej pomoc nie tylko jeśli chodzi o mieszkanie. Blisko Bar na plaży, ale lepiej nie zamawiać ryb bo się zatruliśmy :( Cudownie by było zakupić do pokoi małe lampki noce bo ciężko czytać przy górnym świetle. Rozkładana kanapa w salonie w naszym apartamencie ledwo starczyła na dwoje dzieci w wieku 12 lat, także przy wynajmie dla 6 dorosłych ledwo starczy na jedną osobę.

• revib (9/5): - קומפלקס דירות על חוף הים (ירידה במדרגות ישירות לים), הדירה הייתה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך, מרווחת, נקיה וממוזגת, אפילו השאירו לנו כלי משחק לילדים לחוף הים ושימשיה. טניה בעלת הבית זמינה ועוזרת בכל מה שביקשנו. בריכה טובה במרכז הקומפלקס. תמורה טובה מאד למחיר. נשמח לחזור הייתי מחליפה את מזרון המיטה הזוגית אבל גם זה לא פגם בחופשה השלווה שלנו בדירה

• Lívia (10/5): - Na našu dovolenku v Sarafo Club spomíname a budeme spomínať len a len v tom najlepšom 🍀🍀🍀. Či už ide o pani majiteľku Tanyu a jej manžela, ktorí nám boli vždy nápomocní a ústretoví. Naozaj, taký prístup sa v dnešnej dobe nevidí tak často 🙏🙏🙏. Naše veľké poďakovanie im patrí aj v tom, že sme mali umožnený neskorý check-in, keď sme odchádzali z ubytovania ( mali sme neskorý odlet), či aj v tom, že nám pán majiteľ ponúkol bezplatný odvoz na letisko. Naozaj, toto sa v dnešnej dobe nevidí tak často. Čo sa týka vybavenie nehnuteľnosti a čistoty, tak bolo ubytovanie veľmi pekné, útulné, čisté s balkónom💪💪💪. V apartmáne bolo naozaj všetko, čo treba. Nakoľko sme boli aj s deťmi, tak nám domáci umožnili použiť ich prenosný slnečník, hračky po piesku, kúpacie vesty, loptu, či kúpacie koleso. V kúpeľni bolo množstvo kozmetiky, ktorú sme mali tiež k dispozícii. Veľkou výhodou bol, bezpochyby, bazén v areáli apartmánu. Voda v ňom bola príjemná a vedela osviežiť počas horúcich letných dní. Ďalšou výhodou apartmánu bola aj rýchla dostupnosť na piesočnatú pláž. Ak ešte prídeme do Bulharska, určite využijeme toto ubytovanie znova ❤️❤️❤️.

• Samson (10/5): Great family holiday - The view was amazing! The host was kind and polite and we enjoyed a calm, relaxed and private family holiday. There is enough space in the apartment for all of us and access to the pool was a great added bonus. Would love to come back again. The parking spaces are limited but we were lucky to get one and keep it for the duration of our stay.

It had two balconies and air conditioning in each room The pool closes at 20.00. The elevator broke at the very morning we left, was challenging to get all the packages to the car

Check-in process was fast and smoothly. Advice to be improved is shower, there was poor insulation between shower cabin and floor, so after getting a shower the floor was wet. But it did not caused any big problems

First and foremost, Tanya, the host, was an absolute delight. From the moment I made the booking until the end of my stay, she was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Her warm and welcoming nature immediately made me feel at home. Tanya went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated her genuine hospitality. The cleanliness of the apartment deserves a perfect 10/10 rating. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the spotless condition of the entire place. Every room, every corner, and every surface was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It was evident that great care and attention to detail had been taken to ensure a pristine environment for guests. Additionally, there were plenty of toiletries provided, which added an extra touch of convenience and thoughtfulness. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the exceptional internet connection. The wifi in the apartment was outstanding, with download speeds consistently reaching 70+ Mbps and upload speeds surpassing 50+ Mbps. As someone who relies heavily on a stable and fast internet connection, I was thrilled to have such reliable connectivity during my stay. Whether for work or leisure, the internet performed flawlessly, allowing me to stream videos, conduct video calls, and browse the web without interruptions. Throughout my stay, I encountered no issues or complaints whatsoever. However, on a couple of occasions when I needed assistance or had a question, Tanya was just a phone call away. I didn't like leaving... that's the truth.

• Patrik (9/5): Large apartment with great view for families or groups - Gorgeous view, spacious large apartment, air conditioning in every room, many towels, coffee machine, reasonably equipped kitchen, grocery stores nearby, right at the beach, free airport transfer, bus stop to the city nearby. Only some really minor things which could be improved in the future: Dishwasher needs dishwasher salt, one of the toilets was moving, more cutlery and pots would be nice.

• Sanyi70aa (9/5): Superb - I was contacted by phone before departure. I confirmed our arrival when we arrived, so they were waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. The accommodation is in a wonderful location. Close to the sea, airport and shops. You can't even hear the airport even though it is within walking distance.The hosts were very nice. My girls found the pull-out bed a bit hard. A lot of water spilled on the floor after the shower.

We had a random issue where the hob was tripping the electrics really unusual issue but the owner had it sorted really quickly without any issues. • Krzysztof (10/5): Really nice and relaxing stay. - Great appartment on a very nice and well communicated area. Awesome pool with umbrellas and sunbeds. Also it has nice area with tables to eat and hanging out outside. Very close to the beach which was also very nice. Amazing views for Burgas bay. Also very close to the market. Super helpful and communcative host. Vacation was too short and we didn't wanted to leave ;)
