• Yuliia (10/5): - Апартаменти чисті і доглянуті. Повністю відповідають фото. Мають гарне розташування, дуже близько до моря та біля великого парку. В апартаментах є все необхідне для життя: рушники, постіль, подушки, ковдри, засоби гігієни, пральна машинка, пічка, холодильник, кавомашина, тостер, пилосос, тарілки, прибори та інше кухонне приладдя. Є безкоштовний і якісний wi-fi. Також є обігрівач(кондиціонер). Ліжко і диван дуже зручні. Поруч є тільки маленькі магазинчики та овочева лавка Не сподобалась тільки дуже сильно холодна підлога, але це не критично і очевидно, бо приміщення цокольне
• Evgeny (10/5): - Nice apartment in good location, right near to the park. There is everything needed to cook. There are good windows and you can't hear any outside noise at all. There is no curtains or separated shower area.

• Митко (9/5): - Апартаментът е на топ локация в центъра на Варна! Вътре има почти всичко необходимо за престой. Отоплението работеше без проблем и стопляше бързо. Чистотата беше на ниво и настаняването и напускането е изключително удобно. Не бих казал,че не ми харесва. По-скоро има специфики като това,че тоалетната е тясна, когато се къпеш с душа пръска навсякъде, просто защото е малко, но се преживява. Също така, могат да се добавят един-две чифта чехли, защото не знам дали всеки си носи в себе си за кратък престой. Всичко друго е топ.
• Maria (1/5): Very dirty place to be, never again, no recommendation - The contact was quiet okay. But the compliance in terms of how to handle the issue that it’s very dirty and smells bad, wasn‘t solved by saying that it’s not smelling. It was super dirty and had a bad smell.

• Carl (8/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, problemloser Check in - Um es vorwegzunehmen - das Einzige, was nicht so toll war, ist die Lage im Souterrain, dort kommt durch die sehr kleinen Fenster mit Milchverglasung kaum Tageslicht hinein, man muss permanent das Licht eingeschaltet lassen und bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Lärm von vorbeifahrenden Autos beträchtlich, obwohl es sich nur um eine Nebenstrasse handelt. Dafür ist man über die aktuelle Schuhmode in Varna bestens informiert. Ein Badezimmer in dem Sinne gibt es nicht, in dem Toilettenraum ist aus Platzgründen nur eine einfache Duschvorrichtung vorhanden, die aber ausreicht. Pluspunkte (die letztendlich überwiegen): Die Lage, etwa in der Mitte zwischen Fußgängerzone und Strand, die freundliche und vorbildldiche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber (was ich gerade in Bulgarien zweimal nacheinander als Desaster erlebt hatte) und das Appartement selbst bis auf die genannten Punkte. Es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht, die Küchenausstattung hochmodern mit Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, einer leistungsstarken Heizung und und allem Zubehör perfekt ausgestattet, dazu mit Überlegung liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert plus eine gemütliche Sitzgarnitur. Der Besitzer hat sich richtig Mühe gegeben und Geschmack bewiesen.
• Lesley (9/5): Lovely little apartment - It was in a great place central for everywhere. Nice decor and was comfortable. Lack of mirrors as only one in the bathroom which steamed up, maybe a full length in hallway could be added and more towels needed please.
• Olha (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita, všechno vybavení co jsme potřebovali, skvělá komunikace s ubytovatelem. Museli jsme improvizovat co se týče sprchování, protože v koupelně není sprchový kout ale jenom sprcha, takže při sprchování je mokré všechno, ale není to nic nezvladatelneho. Během pobytu se nám trochu rozbila sprcha, ale komunikace s ubytovatelem byla rychlá, takže jsme to měli opravené dost rychle, za což moc děkujeme :)
• Yelyzaveta (7/5): Очень уютная и маленькая квартира, как раз для жвоих людей. Полуподвальное помещение. В квартире относительно чисто, пос - Очень уютная квартира, мне понравился интерьер. Несмотря на то, что в квартире воняет сыростью (из-за того, что это полуподвальное помещение) и бывало прохладно, владелец позаботился и поставил осушитель воздуха и обогреватель. Местоположение квартиры очень удобное: рядом магазин, недалеко парк и очень близко центр. К сожалению, было очень много пыли и паутины. Душ очень неудобный - он находится по центру ванной комнаты, нет никакой перегородки.

• Neil (7/5): Good location and perfect apart from bathroom - Location perfect Everything you could need was provided Mould in bathroom. Cleaned myself and it returned No door to bedroom. A sliding door would be perfect Not used but outlet for washing machine sends water on bathroom floor.
• Diana (7/5): - Location was really great. Very easy access to the beach and to the city center, just a few minutes on foot. The host is really friendly and helpful. He arrived really fast and fixed the toilet when the pipe got loose from the wall and there was toilet water in the entire bathroom. He always answered quickly when we had a question. The place could use some cleaning. There were spider webs around the room, we found the fridge super dirty and there's a general smell of mold, although there is an air recycler making it a bit better. The expandable couch, where our kids were supposed to sleep, is really really uncomfortable, very bumpy, can't be slept on.

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - The location is definitely a plus! The apartment was well equipped. Coffee was great. Bed comfy. The ac/heater definitely a plus. Also the dryer was brilliant. The fact that it was, in fact, a basement and it smelled like one. Also the moldy cupboards. A big minus. I did not use the plates or the pan. The whole appartment smells like mold and basement. Very hard to get used to it. The Windows are small, no light, no air...
