• Greta (10/5): It was a good apartament - The apartament was in a good location, it was easy to find the lockbox and keys, the host sent usefull information about the keys and also about some stuff in the apartament. The apartament is in a kind of a basement type, so it is a bit dark inside and also has a strange smell. It is a bit cold inside, but there is a conditioning system with which you can heat it up.

• Lewis (10/5): Exceptional apartment and amazing hosts! - Perfect for a couples stay in the city. Pristine clean apartment right in the centre and with everything you need. We had a really comfortable stay, the boiler had more than enough water, the dishwasher worked well, the TV had awesome streaming services included, there was plenty of room and towels. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone to stay here.

• Noxerone (10/5): Exceptional - Place is outstanding, close to everything you might need like the park, restaurants or shopping. A bit chilly in the last days of April 2025 (maximums of 15-16 during the day) - there is no heating apart from AC, which didn't help.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you might need. A wonderful bonus is the parking. And the hosts – fantastic! We’ll gladly be your guests again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the magical city of Burgas! 100 out of 10 :)
• Thomas (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable apartment. I receives instructions how to enter the apartment and where to park the car. They were a bit longish however, due to the fact that three different keys and also a code were needed. The electronic door opener with a chip did not work for me, as described in the instructions. Fortunately, it turned out that one of the keys also opened the door.
• Yonca (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was just the same as the photos, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was nicely equiped. The owner, Dimitar, answered every question, he was helpful and kind. Location is perfect. Free parking space was really a plus for us. It was good to have drinkable tap water. I strongly recommend this place and I would definetely prefer to stay here again in the future :)

Hosts send you an awful lot of information prior to your arrival about accessing the building etc I didn't really use the facilities (cooking etc) as I wasn't there long enough but everything was there if you needed. Some restaurants close by, money exchange bureau a short distance away The towns main street nearby but as it was close season very little was open. There is nothing to dislike about the apartment Just unfortunately for me the weather was very poor for the couple of days I was there so it spoiled my enjoyment of the area Maybe people with mobility issues need to be aware of steps into entrance and steps down into apartment from the entrance door

Location is just perfect as you're literally minutes walk to the beach, town, loads of good restaurants near by. Comfortable, modern and supplied with everything one might need for a most enjoyable stay. Thick block-out curtains which were greatly appreciated. The little patio is a nice addition to the property. But most importantly, the building has a water-filtering system and the water is incredibly soft! The host was very kind and quick to respond to our queries. We'll be happy to return. Can't think of anything to dislike, everything was up to scratch. It took me a while to figure out how to turn the shower on - the knob has to be pushed upwards, but that's not a negative, really.

• Phoebe (10/5): The best place to stay for 2 in Burgas. - The Olive Green House was one of the best properties my sister and I have ever stayed in! It was clean and modern but still very charming. The location was great and it was so affordable. Nothing!
• Mirjana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was exceptional!!! The apartment is as on pictures, even more beautiful. The cleanness is on point. You have everything in the apartment that you need. And if you need something extra there are very polite and welcoming hosts Dmitar and Jasmina, who will provide you with(amost) anything 😊 The little garden is extra bonus. The citty beach is very close - about 200 meters. And you have about 1km of beach to the north. We had sunny but very windy weather, which caused big waves and a lot of sea grass at the beach. Night life is very activ, from walking zone which is full of restoraunts to the night clubs (on the beach). There are also a lot of festivals organised by the city of Burgas for what you should inform yourself in advance of your stay. Parking is provided.

• Eve (10/5): Excellent location, exceptionally clean and cozy apartment - Extremely clean apartment, excellent location, and accommodating hosts. The property looks nicer than the photos. Check-in and check out we're seemless and parking was just across the street. We loved our stay there.
• Oksana (10/5): Very modern and comfortable apartment - The apartment is not big but very cozy and comfortable inside the amazing building. It's great value for money. The owner Dimitar was extremely helpful and flexible. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary in the kitchen, including the dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine with plenty of coffee capsules. The bed is super nice, the bedroom looks in the inner court, and is very silent. A laundry with a washing machine, washing detergents, and a drying machine is available on the ground floor. Walking distance to the seaport and to the city center. Secure parking in the private court. For sure will return and advise my friends. would be nice to put some light curtains in the living room so you can allow daylight in the room but not to be exposed in the room that is visible from the street. Otherwise, we had to keep the current curtains closed all the time.
• Vesela (10/5): A hidden gem in the center of Burgas - This property exceeded our expectations! It is perfectly located on a quiet side street to the main shopping street with only 1 minute walk to the beach and sea garden. Everything in Burgas is at a max. 10-minute walking distance from you. The apartment is in a charming, beautifully decorated and well equipped house. There is a parking space for the guests. The apartment is well furnished with everything you might need. Very comfortable bed and high quality linen and pillows. There are small details and amenities, which you would not normally expect from a b&b- slippers, bathroom kit etc. There is a good instruction manual (as the apartment is very modern and high tech) with a lot of recommendations about the town. The owner is a very friendly and helpful man. He greeted us and was there to answer all our questions and help us out. He also gave us amazing restaurant recommendations! To sum up, do yourselves a favour and stay at this apartment the next time you are in Burgas. It is the perfect combination of a nice family-run b&b with hotel quality and amenities. Nothing! Everything was perfect and beyond what we hoped for, as we were in Burgas off season.
