Lynn (8/5): Good value for money and location. - Good space. Pool looked well maintained although we didn’t use it. Gym well equipped. Playground was a decent size. Location is pretty near to all the cafes. Beds and pillows were okay. Host is also very responsive. Toilet flushes not very powerful and can get clogged up. Towels seemed a little old. Sofa is not comfortable. Don’t sit down too hard on it because it’s quite hard. For the value, I think it’s decent.

Kee (9/5): Satisfactory stay! - The unit is very clean, and the beds are comfy to sleep in. The host has also provided very clear check-in and check-out guidelines, and hence the whole process is very smooth. Overall, me and my family are quite satisfied with the stay, and we'd definitely consider to stay here again the next time we travel to JB. The staircase and the pool area lack proper lighting, and hence some parts of these places are very dark at night. However, it's not a big issue if you just stay at your unit at night. Also, the tv signal & netflix weren't working, but at least youtube is working so we still have something to watch.
