• Berlinda (1/5): Worst ever staycation! Unprofessional! - Location Requested early check in, it was approved in the portal end up on that day host rejected and advise didn't approve anything and asked me to wait 3pm check in. 3pm when I checked in, whole unit is dirty and messy as it's was not clean up yet. Waited till 330pm then successfully checked in. The mattress has a metal piece popping out and cut on my leg. The dinning area alot ants crawling around, the bathtub stopper was missing and worst, the host not replying and ignored all messages! Worst ever stay!

The property is a bit old. The aircond has water leaking from it but the host prepare bucket. The bathroom got weird smell and got mold at bathtub

• Zong (1/5): DO NOT BOOK! Misleading description + rude customer service. - You can leave the aircon on throughout your stay. Other than that, there is nothing to like about this property. There are better available options on this platform, book those instead and thank me later. "Pool Suite" doesn't mean access to the pool at your balcony. It only means you get a VIEW of the pool downstairs. Customer service on their whatsapp is total crap. Demanded I snapped a picture of my passport for no particular reason. (Luckily I used my old expired passport) Refused to whatsapp me the check in instructions. Only gave me instructions at the very last minute, leaving me hanging while ignoring me. Rude when checking out as well
