• Jennyfer (4/5): Disappointing - I found the comforter was torn before I check in but the agent deducted my money for other people mess.. when I col her she didn’t respond much.. she’s keep blaming on us

• Yian (5/5): good location but there is still room for improvement - Great location if you want to explore Austin Heights check in and check out was easy, with video to guide - Poor maintenance, corridor lights were blinking and not functioning well - Bad quality mattress, my colleagues had back pain after a night. Already feedback to the person in charge.

• Prekash (10/5): Exceptional - The homestay was clean and good for a big family stay. The host (Wendy) seems to respond to all concerns raised and it seems my best experience while staying here. The property was well maintained and consisted of all basic facilities. The refund was done without asking and such a professional team. For sure will come back. Definitely as must-stay facilities. Recommended for all.

This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Host(Wendy). Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you Ms Wendy for being a nice host.
