But can't wait for the lift to reach 17 floor. More than 15 minutes . So we walk from 17 floor to Ground floor We hope the feedback would be Improve the lift. I'll be seen the lifts not working from last year as my first stay in from 2025. . Hope it improve asap. Thank you

Tap Card for the lift is not working. Can just press the level you want. Insecurity. Anyone can go to any level. Lift only two is working. Today waiting for the lift to check out. Moving out at 1115 wait till 1145...still can't get the lift down. Walk down to G floor. Hope the lifts are well maintain. These is my feedback. Hope to be Improve. Hope to book again the same place.
Fabian (7/5): Service is Quality - The microwave was not working. The setup box for TV and remote were faulty. They had to replace a new remote and setup box. Then shifted the blame on us. If we had done anything wrongly . Why change the remote also. But it was not a big issue. But lots of our vacation time was wasted waiting for agent to settle the matter. Asked for 2hrs extended late checkout but received no reply from One by desplanade. Good service but they won't go the extra mile to make the stay memorable. 😉
Gina (4/5): Normal - Only good thing about the stay is the aircon There's no network to the television and washing machine as well as bad hygiene on given towel, additional lift condition can better as it always filled with people as well as not being negotiable, depend checking out at 12 we have to leave at 1130 as the lift is always filled hence we tried to ask for 30 min extend due to the situation and its not allowed.

Jen (4/5): Do check heater and aircon upon check in. - Location was good, as it was just above KSL mall The heater in blk B level 17 unit was not working. Reported to host and they arranged someone down to check, and confirmed it is not working. We had to shower without a heater and I had to boil many rounds of water using electric kettle to let my daughter shower. The lift at blk B was also an issue. Be prepared to spend 30 mins to 1 hour waiting for lift when you check out.
Hairul (8/5): Very good - The area is very convenient. Especially to go to the area where we want to go and to find food. The lift is the main issue. If your apartment is in the middle of the floor you can hardly get into the lift to go to the ground level. We need to walk down the staircase to go down. For the apartment room itself, there is a crack in the bathtub and it is very dangerous to step on it. And on the pantry/kitchen there a lot of small ants which i think it came from outside at the main door.

Jade (8/5): Clean apartment in great location, infinity pool - The location is great, next to KSL mall and food stalls. Monday night markets just outside. Pool is excellent. Sauna, gym. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly, check in/check out easy. Clean. The lifts feel a bit unsafe and slow. Sometimes the lift closed on people or opened uneven to the floor. I suggest getting some lower/softer pillows (they are all a bit high especially for kids).

Yvonne (6/5): In short, unless you got lots of patience to wait for the lift if not this isn’t a place for you. - Very good location, clean and convenient The lifts were horrible. One of the night 2 lifts broke down the lobby was packed with people trying to get into the remaining lifts and there was no aircon it was hot and stuffy. In the end i had to climb up the stairs to level 38 carrying my baby after waiting 20mins for the forever overload lifts! For our room- kettle got little problem sometimes works and sometimes not. Master bedroom bed makes lots of noises can feel the spring too. Master bedroom door squeak very loudly when open and close.

Love the location as it is located beside KSL mall and night market is just below, makes it convenient to buy food when we are hungry... Host was nice and answer to our queries fast... The cleaner cleaned up the room and left the dirty towel on the stove... Aircon was noisy when the night turned quiet... Dining table was small for 4 pax... Lift took very long to reach our level and its always packed with people... Took another side of lift and seems dangerous, the lift not align with the platform... Not able to tap out from the door to link to KSL, need to wait for people to tap from the other end otherwise, got to make one big round to the mall...

The lift was a headache for us. 1 breakdown during check in. 2nd one break down the next day. Waited 20min for another 2lifts to come down but both were full and did not stop at our floor. In the end, we climbed the stair down.

Had to wait for almost 15mins to be able to get into a lift, during the check-out day (even had to take lift up in order to secure a place; otherwise you will wait even longer since lift will be full from the people from upper floors)

Rozana (6/5): Expected more. We wanted to stay here for the convenience but the facilities in the apartment did not work well. - Conveniently located. Clean and big apartment. Water pressure was really low. We couldn’t use 2 toilets at the same time and it was inconvenient when nature called because the water did not run. The only traumatic experience was the lift. Despite having 2 lifts, all were full when the door opened and we waited more than half an hour. There was one lift down so it should be sent for repairs.

The air freshener smells unpleasantly strong. Upkeep of apartment need to be done to maintain good rating. Cheaper alternatives available within same building.
Peggy (3/5): Do not recommend especially during peak. - Only apartment size and cleanliness ok. Great view from balcony, other than do not recommend to stay here. 1) Was given wrong key to apartment, went through so much hassle to finally check into the room. 2) The wait for lift is horrendous. I waited 30mins to get down to ground floor. Lift is full all the time, stopped at every level with both doors opened at the same time. If you are staying mid floor, you wont have a chance to squeeze into the lift upon checkout. The cleaner pushing the trolley takes the same lift.

.::yv::. (8/5): Very good - Space is big, there's sufficient space to place lugguages. Very convenient, located just next to KSL mall. There's a place selling lok lok and bbq fish nearby. The lifts take some time to arrive and doesn't feel safe.
Ling (5/5): 3 days 2 night - Good location Basin clot, heater spoilt and the room ceiling got lots of insects. I think they must double-check the room before customer stay and need to upgrade or touch up some items. Wear and tear. Outside the corridor is very dirty. The rubbish bin area is no one clear...all rubbish on the floor.

The only negative issue was that the lift was very slow and old, and our room was just directly opposite the lift, which we could hear noise the whole night, and we couldn't sleep well, though. Hasliza (10/5): Satisfied with the stay and would love to repeat another stay. - The checking in was smooth as the instruction given was clear. The apartment was clean and smell really nice. Everything was working and provided such as microwave, refrigeration, water heater, towels, hair dryer and tv. The internet was fast and reliable. The location was very good as there is a food place that open till quite late just at the front and also the apartment was connected to the mall.

Ernest (8/5): Very good - The place is very convenient, the room is spacious, simple and clean. Swimming pool is beautiful. Good experience and will come back again! The lift system was scary and bad. Waiting for it took ages, when it opens if it's full u have to wait again and also it misses your level sometimes. The door closes fast sometimes using your hand doesnt stop it, best to use the buttons as one of the staff hand got stuck until the button is pressed.
Danialc (8/5): Ksl residence - The shopping mall is easily accessible. Monday night there nighy market just 1 min away. The room is super spacious, and the overall cleaniness of the room is good. The lift to the room is horrible. Out of 4 lift, only 2 are working. With a whole block of residents coming up and down, it took an average of 20mins waiting time to get it. The room sofa and additional mattress smell very bad. It seems the cover of it wasnt change.

Shirley (7/5): Good - Good location Clean and comfy Take long time to wait for the lift and not all lift reached the floor that I live. When taking shower or soaking in the bathtub. Water drain out from the bottom of the tub. The whole bathroom floor flooded.
