We truly enjoyed our stay here - 1) spacious unit and beautifully decorated 2) great location 3) cleanliness 1) the blurred glass of the toilet facing the opposite unit may need to be upgraded as we were informed by the opposite unit the shadow was “very clear” when someone is in shower 2) the mall bath / toilet may need some upgrades

• Zhen (1/5): Bad - We are sharing our unpleasantness stay over the weekend, we hope our review will prevent guest from having the horrendous experiences recently. The check-in time was set at 4pm and we were ridiculously told to pay $50 more if we want to check in at 2pm. "Daylight Robbery". 1) Hygiene and upkeep was below par, we are bitten by mosquitoes and cockroaches are running around freely in kitchen and even bedrooms, my katsaridaphobia friends were screaming their lung out. 2) Aircon leaking at bedroom, ceiling leakage at master bathroom. 3) No hot water showers at common bathroom, fridge not in good working condition. 4) Wifi not working. 5) Dirty Linen and bedding. The apartment is totally unacceptable and it ruined our staycation. 6) We were not given the check-in details until 3.30pm as much persuasion which we are extremely disappointed due to parking issue causing us inconvenience.

• Koh (6/5): If the house cleanliness can be improve we will be more enjoyable during our stay. - Location is very convenient to have foods to eat The Bedsheets and quilt covers are quite dirty Bath towel also very old and for 12 person staying for 2 night just 2 rolls of toilet paper is not enough.

• Sebastian (1/5): DON'T EVER STAY HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! - Not much except it is right in KSL Mall Almost everything. There is only 1 lift we could access our apartment and waiting for the lift can take up to 20min or more. The most basic item such as toilet roll was not provided sufficiently. There was only 1 roll inside each or the 2 toilet (we have 10pax), both rolls were not even half & when requested more more, host said NO MORE! What the fish! We will only stay at this place 2 times, FIRST & THE LAST TIME!! Utterly disappointed! I have used booking.com for almost 20 years and have booked numerous accommodations & the reviews I gave has always been very high. This one deserves a NEGATIVE 10!
• Siti (7/5): Good - Love the facilities of the apartment. Easy to access to the KSL mall and nice wallpaper of marvel in the apartment.. Kids love the atmosphere. The bedroom is huge and the kitchen is clean and beautiful. Only need to do some touch up for the toilets. Coz it look old and yellowish. 😬 Another only issue for ppl having back bone problem like my sister, she are not comfortable sleeping on platform bed.. And the apartmemt lift is like a waiting game that we have to face. Overall still a good place wif affordable price.

• Sharonsce (6/5): Big unit with smelly beds - The unit is very spacious, facilities is good, location is good. The bedrooms have bad smells, the bed sheet , pillow case and blanket never change , worst of all, bad odour from previous occupants coming from the beds. After sleeping on the bed we started to itch...omg. The sofas also smells the same as the beds.. The rest is ok....pls improve on the house keeping....

• Peggy (3/5): Not so clean apartment - The location and service of owners Bedding, cleanliness the apartment probably need some replacement of some furniture and accessories. Eg bed, sofa and bathroom. Much need to be done to the cleanliness especially the bedding. If you are particular in cleanliness like us, don't book this apartment. The bedding especially the comforter were dirty. We had to buy bedsheet to cover them. The beds were not comfy too. The bed box spring wore out. There were cockroaches around too. My suggestion is to have disposable bedsheet, towels if they don't intend to wash them after each stay. If they do wash, think it is time to replace them. There are stain and look aged.

• Bingqin (7/5): its great and near to shopping centre with variety of foods - it was spacious and clean. it able to sleep for 10 pax and have 3 toilets. it is link to ksl which is just 5min away. the owner response is fast! aircon maintenance is needed as it leak for both room. the building has cockroaches outside the corridor. The building management need to improve the cleanliness.

• Reni (5/5): the most of my issue is the cleanliness was not satisified. - the deco was really nice. love it. the private lift is not really convenience as we have to wait for long time. we share the lift with some other high level floor. i think it should be shared by few level near us (8th floor) only. the apartment was not so clean and it smelly too. i found some baby cockroaches at the kitchen and in the fridge. the sink are not clean. so i didnt comfortable to use it..
