Serene (5/5): For a basic stay is satisfactory. Do not expect much. - The location was good, and Food Generation JB is only a few minutes' walk away. There are various stalls from which to choose. The building's façade is little untidy, and there are pigeons near the unit where we were sleeping. The apartment was not well maintained and is dusty.. However, the owner must inspect the couches, as well as the area beneath the bed, which is filthy with crumbs and other debris.
Rochelle (8/5): Very good - The location was the best thing about the property - albeit the ongoing RTS link construction, the building was very easy to locate. There was a food court located right in front of the building, the R&F mall is 5-7 minutes walk away, and the JB CIQ is a 10 min ride away (it was very close but the traffic gets really bad in the evening). The host was nice and very informative, and self check-in/out was very easy. The property also had a self-service laundry which was available 24/7 at a very reasonable price - it was less than USD 3 for wash and dry (including detergent and fabric conditioner) for a 6kg load. While the unit was very spacious and comfortable (a huge living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 T&B), there are a few things that the host can definitely improve on. 1) The T&B needed deep cleaning as the grout is starting to get moldy. 2) Whoever is in charge of the upkeep/maintenance needs to thoroughly check if all the utensils/kitchenware have been washed properly (take note, the check-out is as 12PM and check-in starts at 3PM and we did not check in until 9PM) as some of the plates were still greasy. 3) Toilet paper is provided however, it would be best to provide either kitchen towels or reusable/washable towels. 4) The A/C in the living room needs to be cleaned/serviced as it was not cooling as much as the A/C in both rooms.

Hamdan (5/5): Passable - TV is not working due to WiFi problem. Main door can't be locked. Smelly toilet. Hidden cost charge, example cleaning charge to pay more than what been advertised in booking. COM. Good view.
Shida (6/5): NA - Probably the fancy stairs and the facilities that we gotta used like the swimming pool. dirty stains on the entire tiles,the shower head was broken and we gotta buy ourselves. Dirty cooking appliances. The washing machine was not functioning at all. The mattress is too flat.
