• Martin (10/5): - Naprosto dokonalé,po letech jsem se vrátil do Česka na pracovní dovolenou a toto ubytování mě vrátilo do dětských dnů,kdy jsem trávil prazdniny v podobném domě u babičky . Každému vřele doporučuji . K dispozici káva a sypaný čas ,což je velmi mile .

• Pavel (7/5): - The design of the apartment was beautiful, the furniture is great too. The trash was left after previous guests. One of the towels was dirty too. No shampoo or any other things. Price to quality rate is not fair based on mentions above.

• Kateřina (10/5): Krásný apartmán v tiché uličce - Ubytování bylo krásné a čisté. Lokalita je tichá, nic nás nerušilo. Dostupnost do historického centra města výborná. Vybavení bylo naprosto dostačující.
• Jana (8/5): - Zajímavě netradičně zařízený a vymalovaný pokoj. Nevím, jestli se tomu stylu říká vintage, ale bylo to moc hezké. Nelíbilo se mi, že nebyl určený pokoj, v kterém máme bydlet. Měli jsme určený pokoj a nakonec jsme spali v tom druhém, protože nás předběhla jiná rodina. 😔 A taky špatně řešená koupelna, hrozně malá.

• Joy-MEWL (7/5): Good size room, clean. - The room is clean. Furnishing is good. We were able to deposit the luggage before final check in time. There is a kitchen one can use. When we arrived, there was no key in the lockbox. Had to wait in the rain. Luckily someone (presumably the owner came back with his dog and let us in.) The room description says there are three beds, one queen and two single beds for four persons. But there were only two beds. Had to ask for a mattress to be put on the floor. Also the location is a bit far from the main attractions. Mostly suitable for people with rental cars.
• Rugile Lapienyte (4/5): Tourist moneygrab - Central location close to the centre. Pet friendly. Communication with the host is 0 - I sent him a question about the check in process as few parts were a bit confusing but I never got an answer from him. Parking is based on your luck - only street parking is available, no reserved spot. And it does get quite packed. The whole apartment stinks of sweat like smell - I'm not sure if it's the previous guest or just the old house but we could not get rid of the smell even after having all windows open. And the windows are another topic - they are old windows and only open fully - which means you have a completely open window right to the street as the apartment is on the ground floor. No way to have some ventilation at night because of that. Carpet only available at some parts of the apartment, other parts have a bare old floor which did not seem properly cleaned (dirt in the corners) so be sure to bring your slippers. The private courtyard is shared with the whole building - we did not think this was clear in the listing as private usually implies that only you have the access to it. It's definitely there but not in the way where you could go drink your coffee there with pajamas in the morning. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. In the bathroom there is no storage space for toiletries, the toilet had the lid missing and the sink was so small it was a challenge to wash your face there. The shower was ok but the parting between the shower and the bathroom is not enough to keep the water in the shower - you end up getting water in all bathroom areas. Also there is no heating/radiators in there so it's impossible to dry towels. In conclusion - I'd recommend this place for a max one night stay. It has some interesting vintage interior but in a museum way and not a comfortable place to stay way (especially for the price which is quite high for Kutna Hora).
• Jana (10/5): - Bydlení alá, co zůstalo po prababičce. Ale jen na první pohled, na druhý nekonečné množství detailů a jasně patrný záměr. Místo do mobilu člověk prostě musí koukat po bytě a nadšeně nachází další a další detaily. Lokalita je ve vnitřní části města, v klidném místě. Parkování je komplikovanější, parkovali jsme pod valy cca 130m. Kdo hledá plně vybaveni kuchyně, tak nadšený nebude. Nám ale nic nechybělo. Konvice je, nadobi také, mensi lednice.
• Liesl (7/5): Quirky and cute but not cosy. - Great location, comfortable bed. For the price it could have offered more. The towels were small and thin, no heating so nowhere to dry them. Basics not really provided, couple of teabags, small amount of coffee in the bottom of a big jar, no milk, no little extras.

• Filip (9/5): - Libilo se nam jak apartman vypadal, jak byl prostorny a jeho lokalita Snad jen jedna vec a to ze sporak je takovy starsi, a my sme se na nem bali varit aby se neco nestalo. Byla ale k dyspozici varna konvice a ciste nadobi takze to je jen takova malickost :Dd

• R (9/5): - Nice flat overall; the character of the building really shone through. Well-fitted bathroom. Cosy feather blankets. :-) Mostly very quiet but easy to walk to town centre. Just few very minor things. Mostly the kitchen equipment was sufficient, but we could have done with some bowls (there were many plates) and maybe some basic salt/pepper would be nice.

• Katrin (10/5): Wie eine Reise in eine vergangene Zeit - Supergemütliches, stilvolles, aus der Zeit gefallenes Apartment im Stadtzentrum und damit in direkter Nähe zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kutna Hora. Selbst das Ossarium in Sedlec ist in weniger als 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist keine wirkliche Kritik, sondern eher eine Anregung: Ein kleiner Mülleimer + eine Ablagefläche im Bad sowie etwas Beleuchtung über der Küchenzeile wären super.

• Barbara (10/5): Wyjątkowo klimatyczne wnętrza :). Świetna miejscówka na krótki pobyt w Kutnej Horze! - Apartament urządzony w wyjątkowo klimatycznym stylu. Czysto i przytulnie. Doskonała lokalizacja w stosunku do zabytkowego centrum Kutnej Hory. Świetne miejsce na krótki pobyt.

• Saša (10/5): - Unikátně zařízené apartmány poblíž centra. Pokoje byly nádherné a čisté. Zároveň v apartmánu bylo všechno, co by člověk mohl potřebovat. Moc doporučujeme! Jediné mínus je, že okna jsou v přízemí směrem do ulice a bez síťky, takže je nelze nechat otevřené přes noc, když je venku chládek.

• Benny (10/5): Goth palace for two goths on their first holiday together - so much fun! - The most amazing decor for an alternative couple on their first holiday together. Ten minute walk from the town centre, twenty minutes to Sedlec, thirty to the main train station. Very cute vibes - mismatching china, eclectic furnishings and furniture, lovely aesthetic all round. The bed frame looked out of place against the rest of the apartment and was very squeaky. Would have loved a bath, but the size of this apartment wasn’t going to allow that!
