- Helen (5/5): My friend find it to be too secluded and out of the way & troublesome. - breakfast was ordinary/common. Not able to enjoy spa or sauna because we have to find the correct KSL, For a foreigner we do not know that there are 3 KSL residences in JB, There was no connection with the main KSL hotel - we went to the wrong KSL and had a hard to locate the correct KSL Residence. Also the KSL Daya has no shopping area or even food restaurant nearby only available the cafe at the hotel.

- Steven (6/5): Below expection - None 1. This studio is not equipt with fridge or cooking facilities but 2 glass, 2 bowls few spoons and a kettle. 2. If you are not driving your own car, go other places. Even grab food or driver couldnd find the block lobby. 3. It says clean your own dishes but charged on cleaning service. I have stayed in multiple studios in malaysia, this studio should not be rented as airbnb or homestay. Its below expection and below par.
- Ky (3/5): Poor - Very very very quite The location don't have any food around, we need to spend extra for car rental as grab is hard to order as well. There's quite a number mini cockroach we see and killed around and we don't even bring food in before that, this make us traumatized and didn't get a good sleep.
