Teresa (9/5): Beautiful large guest suite with many thoughtful details - Beautiful neighborhood, lots of special touches to make the stay comfortable, and very clean. Main house shared a wall and the owners dog barked from 8 am to 10 am on one of our mornings, the other morning it was quiet.
Dimitrios (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the apartment is in a good, safe area and it is a walkable neighborhood. It is in a residential area, suburb of LA. Many shops, restaurants within short driving distance. Nice decor in the apartment. The host is nice and responded to our questions, complaints but there were quite a few problems. The apartment is essentially a room with a small kitchenette and a bathroom but it is located and attached under a single family home and next to that home's garage. The apartment is on the main level. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from upstairs and could not sleep because the people upstairs were having parties, staying up late, taking very long showers past midnight. You could hear everything! Also there is a dog in the garage or home upstairs that was barking very loud and was very annoying during our vacation. Also the bathroom has a strong smell of mold and despite leaving the windows open for many hours, after closing them it was smelling very bad again to the point that we would cough a lot! We complained to the host and he gave us a small refund/credit but it was a small consolation that our sleep was ruined during our vacation and it was not pleasant staying in there due to the bad smell! Had I known these problems from before I would definitely stayed somewhere else.
Alyssa (8/5): Great space & Location - Location was great, aesthetic was very cute and the space was large. Shower was big & good water pressure. Bed was a bit small for my 6"5 husband and could hear people moving around upstairs.
