• Dolev (10/5): It was great, i would stay there again. - Everything, great location and amazing value for money, also an easy way of communication with the owners, they were great. Nothing.

• Samantha (7/5): Not the apartment we originally booked and paid for. - The location was great. The apartment was good. All kitchen essentials were available including cooking ingredients like oil, spices, coffee etc. The bedrooms do not have ceiling lights which was odd. We also had another apartment booked but they cancelled on us on the day of arrival and provided another apartment which is the one im rating. When I had not heard back from the host on the new address, I called the number on the booking and a man answered and was so rude. He said he couldn't help us and to wait for a message in the app. After a 17 hour flight and 1 hour in customs, I just wanted to get to the apartment. Was very stressful situation. No offer to compensate for the inconvenience.
• Karl (1/5): We came from Australia for a couple of days at Santa Monica Beach, the stay was a complete disaster - Rude, terrible host who failed to help resolve the issues, starting when we struggled to find the garage rollerdoor in busy LA traffic. Broken toilet, the lever was dangling off and fell completely off. The toilet flooded through the bathroom and a bedroom, he said he would send maintenance yet no one showed and then he said that because we had a bathroom it wasnt urgent. We had paid a lot more than other 1 bathroom places. The air con wasn't programmed any lower than 77 degrees during a heatwave, and he refused to respond to queries.
• Cornelia Johanna (6/5): Oké maar niet voor herhaling en veel te duur. - Vier dagen in hetzelfde appartement na veel hotels tijdens onze rondreis. Ff zelf koken. Maar wordt veel mooier gepresenteerd dan het is Loopafstand naar pier is zeker 1km en 15min Toilet was kapot, moesten we het maar mee doen Licht in een badkamer deed het niet, was pech voor ons werd niet opgelost. Dacht te kunnen wassen, wasmachine vol zwarte smurrie en stinkend. Kastjes in keuken kapot qua deurtjes, stoel eetkamer los. Ingezakte oude bank Platte harde kussens Nog niet uitgecheckt of ik krijg een appje: geef ons vijf sterren en je krijgt 300dollar korting op je volgende verblijf ….

• Hanna (9/5): Für die 4 Tag die wir in LA waren war die Unterkunft perfekt würde ich wieder buchen. - Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und nicht weit weg vom Pier. Hat super mit dem Zugang funktionierte und war passend mit der Garage gleich dabei.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful appt, very clean, all modern appliances, very comfortable beds and pillows, great location. After 2-3 messages asking if it was ok to park two cars and receiving no response, we parked two cars only to be told to move one of them. This was after a fraught, long drive during which time I received a message that the place we had booked was no longer available although the alternative was great.
• Tina (8/5): We really enjoyed it - In a great location, beds were comfy with a really nice kitchen. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. We would stay again if we were in the area Light in bathroom didn’t work and as there was no window we had to use torch light. Did report this but no response. Blinds in bedroom didn’t stop the light coming in so awake at dawn.
• Brian (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and spacious rooms. Could explain a few features to foreigners. Eg how to adjust the shower and how to open the windows.
• Dion (8/5): Very good - Great location. Was a bit confused finding the apartment. We had a different address to what was originally listed.
• Jessica (6/5): Ok for location - The accommodation was in a central location close to the beach, bars, restaurants and on the same street as a supermarket (Target) so no complaints about location. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness, the apartment had a really funny smell but I do understand that it’s pet friendly so I presume this was the smell. We had to keep spraying febreeze which helped. I also noticed the blinds and window protectors from flys etc were really dated and grubby. The photos of the apartment have definitely been retouched/made with AI because the walls aren’t white and it’s not new or polished as it looks in the pics.. Even the furniture etc is really worn compared. The TV volume was really low and we had been blocked from turning it up - I can understand blocking it to avoid disrupting neighbours but it was so low you couldn’t even hear it! Finally, communication from the host wasn’t great. I had asked a few questions prior to arrival about any chance of early check in or if there was somewhere to leave our bags if not, didn’t get any response, only had communication on day of check in to tell me the code for the building. We were told to take out trash but we couldn’t find where the building bins were, we let the host know but had no reply. The address listed on booking.com is different to the actual address too which caused us some issues with booking taxis etc in advance. Overall it was okay to stay here as we were only there to sleep but I don’t think I would return.

• Daniela (1/5): really Bad experience - nothing didn t send instructions for Check in and After we called him he was very very unfriendly, he changed ( relocated us) the Appartement without asking or informing us - we got a „cozy“ Appartement in the middle of a big crossing First floor - we didn t sleep at Night- he refused to give us the Appartement, we originally booked ! really the worst booking i have Ever Made! and booking. com Did Not anything to help us!!

• Svitlana (10/5): Santa Monica vibes - location is good, beds comfortable ( I would add some other type of pillows, but I am picky with my pillows) kitchen equipped well. blow dryer was missing but host brought it less than in 30 min even though it was almost 9PM. big plus is free parking garage! enjoyed my stay in beautiful Santa Monica! everything was great

• Bennett (1/5): Disappointed - I found the apartment on Kayak, and was then routed to Booking.com. I had to pay in full to book the apartment. I received confirmation from Booking.com. Later, I received an email from someone at the apartment (who never identified themselves) saying the apartment is unavailable. I asked her to call me to discuss since my card was charged and she would not. I then emailed her asking to refund my money and she did not respond. I continued to receive confirmations, even check in instructions, from Booking.com, and additional emails from this mystery person saying I should NOT come to the apartment. I ended up booking a hotel for my stay. No one ever refunded my money for this apartment that I was supposedly confirmed for but not supposed to stay at..
• Fernando (9/5): Great location. Assitance can be improved - A new apartment in a great location. Confortable. Kitchen very well equiped. The parking lot is at the same building for free. The owner attention was quite rude when arriving. It was new year eve, and he seemed a busy and low patience person. He change our apt after we confirm our reservation and we have some problem to locate ithe new flat and understanding his instructions (which came us delayed)
