- Fábio (10/5): - Toda parte de acomodação foi incrível Quando fiz os primeiros contatos para a locação, não fui bem atendido, houve demora no atendimento e a impressão foi de pouco caso
- Gabriel (4/5): Antes de reservar, confirme se os problemas foram resolvidos. - O apartamento estava localizado em uma área agradável e perto do mercado e do shopping. O apartamento parecia ser muito bom até que realmente começamos a notar todos os problemas que tinha e havia muitos. O WiFi não funciona e eles tentaram todos os dias consertá-lo. O cobertor para a cama é muito fino e há apenas 1 cobertor extra para o sofá-cama e o quarto. Estávamos com um pouco de frio. Havia manchas desagradáveis no sofá e nos disseram que elas não poderiam ser removidas até sairmos. A água do chuveiro não esquenta mesmo com o controle definido para a configuração mais quente. A pia em um dos banheiros está entupida e enche rapidamente. O apartamento é muito bom e, uma vez que essas questões sejam abordadas, será um bom lugar para todos ficarem.

- Ferreira (7/5): Simples, porém o detalhe do barulho deixou a desejar - Por se tratar de uma empresa abaixo, o segundo andar, funcionava como espaço de alimentação e repouso, descanso no horario do almoço e o barulho era grande, principalmente no periodo da manha e almoço

Chuveiro morno, mesmo ligado na posição mais quente.
