• Larisa (10/5): - Apartament z przepięknym widokiem, bardzo czysty, gospodarze zadbali o wszystkie szczegóły i udogodnienia. Idealny na wypad na narty - bardzo bliski i prosty dojazd na lodowiec.
• Nicholas (7/5): - The owner is friendly and place perfect for a family and if you want to get away from the Ski resorts and spend evenings at the accommodation. Nothing close for evening entertainment, no bars or restaurants.

• filip (10/5): Pleasant owners and huge and warm apartment - Very warm and pleasant welcoming at the house. House is huge and cozy. It has everything a one group of 4 people would need. It is 15-20 minutes by car (which was not far in our case) to Kaprun and Zell am see. There was road cleaners every morning before we came out. I would recommend buying new pillows, these are kinda hard to sleep on.

• Franziska (10/5): Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Alles hat rundum gepasst und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wie - Extrem nette Eigentümer und sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Zudem war das Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.
• Rafał (10/5): Fajna miejscówka i udany pobyt narciarski - Bardzo czysty i przestronny apartament, świetny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Skorzystaliśmy też z ogniska w mrozie i śniegu - super klimat. Dobra baza wypadowa do Kaprun i Zell am Zee. Nie lubię wypełniać meldunków w obiektach za pomocą aplikacji.

• Justin (10/5): An amazing location, very comfortable apartment with a very kind host. - The host was amazing. We had had some of our luggage stolen at our stopover which meant we arrived late with hardly any clothes! Anneke left the apartment ready for us so arriving after 10pm was no trouble. The next day she explained where the best shops were and laundered the clothes we had left. After a difficult start our time in Niedersill was excellent. We enjoyed the mountains with numerous walks and trips. Anneka was there to give us tips of places to go that were less busy. We were really well looked after and look forward to coming back. There was a frog in the garden one night that made my wife scream when she was out with our dog 🤣

• yeal (10/5): - דירה נהדרת. חמימה וביתית. גינה כיפית וגדולה צופה לנוף מקסים. מיקום מתאים וקרוב לטיולים באזור קפרון, צל אם זה, מפלי קרימל, דרך גרוסגלוקנר. המארחים נהדרים ואיכפתיים, מאוד נגישים ועזרו לנו בשאלות ורעיונות. הרגשנו קצת שאנחנו מתארחים אצל סבא וסבתא שלנו:) Great apartment. Warm and homely. Fun and large garden overlooking a lovely view. Convenient location and close to trips in the Kaprun area, Zell am See, Krimml Falls, Grossglockner Road. The hosts are wonderful and caring, very accessible and helped us with questions and ideas. We felt a bit like we were staying at our grandparents. מטבח מעט קטן לבשלנים כמונו, אך מצוייד היטב. היתה חסרה לנו אפשרות לפתוח יותר חלונות בחלל המרכזי לאוורור. A little small kitchen for cooks like us, but well equipped. We missed the possibility of opening more windows in the central space for ventilation
• Bukvamikk (10/5): Felt like home - We were travelling around Europe, and I have to say that this was one of our favourite places to stay. Everything was just perfect, from the host (she is very cute and welcoming) to the view and to every little detail, we felt like at home. Even our dog got a towel and little sacks, which was lovely of her. You can find everything you need in the clean kitchen. The bad is very comfortable, everything is well designed and thought through. We'll definitely be back! Thank you very much!
• Grecia (9/5): Cozy appartment with mountain view! - The apartment was perfect, it has a very cozy atmosphere, it is fairly spacious and it has all the ammenities needed. We loved the view, the area is really quite and the town itself is lovely. The highlight for us are the hosts, so kind and welcoming, they were checking on us if everything was going okay, they also gave us recommendations :) I would totally recommend it and we can't wait to be back :D Also, as a side note, there is a new internet service and it was working completely fine!

• Zsolt (10/5): Anneke and Her Husband were super amazing, and the quiet, calm location, tge cosiness of the studio apartment were 100% - The location was amazing, the view to the mountains was extra top. The room was cosy, and it’s unforgettable, that as you wake up in the morning, you have a breathtaking mountain view through the window directly from the bed. :) Kaprun’s Kitzsteinhorn (3029 m), the Siegmund Thun Klamm, the lake of Zell am See, or even Europe’s biggest Krimml Waterfalls are only 10-25 minutes away by car. We didn’t like, that we had to leave after 4 days😂

• Lenka (10/5): Perfect stay with amazing view - We rented small apartment last year and this year I decided to take my parents with me so we rented big one. It was perfect, the apartment is seprated to two parts and each has own bathroom so my parents had a privacy. The kitchen has everything. Wifi is reliable. After akiing we spent the time in the garden, where our dog could run without a leach, so it was very relaxing. Anneke is super friendly. The view is amazing and the stay was relaxing. Nothing
• Anastasia (10/5): Best place to stay - That's the best place I stayed in during skiing in Austria. Slopes (Kaprun and Areitbahn) are 10 minutes by car. The view from the house is beautiful, the house is equipped by everything you need, you feel love and care. The space in the house is cosy, nice and informal, but nothing too much, no visual noice that irritates. Perfect place to relax after skiing

• Othman (10/5): Unforgettable stay at Aneeke's residence - It was the most beautiful three nights we spent there. The whole family enjoyed and they are very happy. We would like to rebook this property every year Mrs. Aneeke was very kind and she try comforting the guests without hesitation and her husband was very kind as well. We liked everything about our stay in this apartment .
