• Kendall (7/5): Very spacious unit close to Rose Ave in Venice. A bit loud since it is next to a busy road, but nice for a large group o - Very spacious property! Was surprised by the deposits that were outside of Booking.com and didn’t feel very comfortable with sending money off the platform.
• Bregman (1/5): This is the spirit airlines of accommodations. Assume extra fees, it’ll get the job done, but you’re not getting first c - Location is good Property manager is a con artist - BEWARE! He tried on numerous occasions to have me pay him directly for things that are covered by booking through the app, including an extra deposit of $250 and made up damage after my stay. (He claimed I damaged a single panel of the cheap plastic vertical blinds, which can be replaced individually and cost $3 each, and he tried to charge me $311.) I had to call customer service multiple times for them to intervene so he wouldn’t harass me directly for money. Do NOT pay him anything beyond the nightly pet fee of $35/night - and he should not be charging a tax on that. The unit itself is weirdly part of a larger house, that appears to have been divided up for use as numerous rentals, and is surrounded by what feels like a prison gate. While it appears “nice” everything inside is low budget dollar store purchases. The property manager also lives in an RV out back and left a security radio on in the garage all night on numerous occasions. Note that he is also not who is listed on this listing. His name is Bruno.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was top notch; clean and tidy. It was a little out from Venice Beach / Santa Monica Pier as we had no transport and had to walk or use a bus to get there
• David (10/5): Great location and host who was helpful and got us everything we wanted on our timelines to travel to our next destinati - Excellent for our family of 6. Not normal for everyone to get their own bed! Kitchen was very well equipped and the house was well kept. As others have stated, there is homelessness in the area but we felt safe and far enough from the boardwalk area for evenings at peace. Highly recommend giving any food you have left to those less fortunate that are a few minutes drive away as you clean up from your stay.

• Tiago (2/5): Terrible host, very good property - The room was amazing. Very big jacuzzi tub. Mattress was very comfortable and the place was overall very good. The host was very rude. Does not respond to requests and will charge $700 security deposit. Did not show up at the appointed check out time.

• Alina (4/5): Fair - -It was clean. -The host apologized several times due to a misunderstanding. -The deposit ( $500) was returned without any problem. -We had a misunderstanding with the host due to the registration form since it´s vey complex. - I don´t recommend the apartment for a family or a group of friends because the bathtub and shower are not private; this place should have a door. - Homeless people around the area.

• Cynthia (10/5): Beautiful Open Space - The room was beautiful, open, full of light with air conditioning optional. Not all places have a/c in beach areas. Bruno was pleasant and answered any questions I had. There was a shower and jacuzzi tub, full kitchen and a BBQ grill on the patio. I had to carry my family things and by that night I was tired, so the stairs weren't my favorite. That is no fault of the facility just my personal preference.
• Jennifer (9/5): Wonderful Stay - The place was amazing! Clean, great central location. Bruno the host was pleasant and communicative. The space is large and cozy. I loved all the windows and lighting. The place smelled clean and everything was neat. The bed was soooo comfortable. WE Loved OUR stay! Check in was only between 4-9pm. When youre traveling out of the area, + traffic, it can be an inconvenience and stressful to try to make it to a place to get the keys... especially when there's a key lock box in the front of the location. I feel accessibility, flexibility, and safety can all be accommodated. 'Hot tub' was in a non functional state and needs to be replaced. They did say if you give them 2 weeks in advance notice they get it up and running for you. Other than that! Theyd get a 10. 💙💙💙
• Lontina (4/5): I have never written a review BUT.................. - I liked how safe inside the gate the place was. My children expressed this and that's a biggie for me in today's world. I liked the size of the rental and the convenience of the washer and dryer especially when we came to play at the beach. I liked how easy it was to walk and find some really great food and even a journey by car is just a few literal minutes to really great food discoveries. I further liked how my concerns DID NOT go unheard. I did not like the lack of cleanliness and the smell of what I can only describe as stale casino meets old folks home. This smell embedded itself into every soft fabric my family and I brought. I think I spent more time cleaning then enjoying the house which by the way beautiful. I mean honestly try sleeping or laying your head down on soft surfaces and all you breath in is that smell. The bathroom rugs felt grimy and gritty underfoot upon stepping in and out of the shower. The carpet and area rugs were actually so walked with dirt feet were black..... I told my kids to just wear there flip flops or something on there feet. The dishes were not even close to clean. I had to wash every dish we used before we could use them and with that I just took the liberty of taking a set of dishes and running them through the dishwasher deemed as our safe to eat and drink off of. And lastly the bedding had so many stains if you ran a black light across them you would burn them. My daughter slept in one of the back rooms and she said her bedding looked to have a massive amount of unknown mystery stains which prompted my investigation of all beds we had to lay on. Sadly she was right eww is what came to mind so we slept fully clothed. Now my eyes were fixed to noticing stains and I got to say damn just turn on all the lights. From the couches to the bedding to the area rugs soooooooo many stains. The noise level is very loud so if anyone is looking for quite this is not the place, and finally the block/ alley reminds me of SF tweekerville on 1000 woah!

• Fawaz (1/5): very very bad - nothing!!! the place had a lot of insects not clean fridge was very noisy and owner did not fix bed not comfortable at all no daily cleaning the place had a bad smell not same as the pictures at all

The rooftop balcony had a view of the entire Venice all the way out to West LA. Not to mention the amazing setup and amenities. Even the supplied coffee was plenty strong and dishes, cutlery, were complete & spotless. N/A
