• Ibolya (6/5): Nem mennék vissza. - Tetszett, hogy elsö emeleti apartman. Közel van a buszmegálló, a tenger, a belváros az üzlet, étterem. Kényelmes matrac. Jo elosztásu apartman. Kényelmes terasz az olajfa lombkoronája a terasz elött nagyon szép. Elektromos szunnyogriaszto ,tusfürdö, hajbalzsam. Felujitott fürdöszoba. Kényelmes be és ki jelentkezés. Tisztitoszerek vannak. Ami a legjobban zavart az az öreg ház szag az apartmanban. Nem jo szagu párna, takaro, huzat es szekrény. Tészta szüröt nem találtunk es minden poharat es serpenyöt, edényt surolni kellett. A mikro nem müködött es nem kaptunk másikat. A klima olyan koszos, hogy nem kapcsolnám be. A belsö udvar éjszaka hangos emberek beszélgetnek vagy énekelnek , hallatszik a diszko hajnalig.

• Maříková (9/5): - Špatná komunikace, nikdo se nedostavil na domluvený sraz při odjezdu, nekomunikovali 🤷🏻‍♀️ po hodině jsme byt zamkni a odešli. Jinak bylo všechno super.

• Karolina (8/5): Apartament w dobrym położeniu niekoniecznie w okresie zimowym. - Dobre położenie, przystanek blisko domu w stronę lotniska, ulica oddzielająca od bulwaru. Pomieszczenie przestronne, jasne. Jedna osobna sypialnia i rozkładane łóżko w części gościnnej. Obiekt w okresie zimowym bardzo zimny, nie do wytrzymania bez włączania ogrzewania i tu także zaskoczenie, gdyż prąd był dodatkowo płatny a informacja na ten temat została przesłana dopiero po potwierdzeniu rezerwacji. Niestety nie działały też kuchenka mikrofalowa i piekarnik. Aby się wykąpać należało włączyć i czekać na nagrzanie wody.

• Michaela (7/5): - Lokalita a parkovaní zdarma. Apartman nebyl pripraven pro 4 osoby. Chybeli ručniky, periny, povleceni. Ale druhy den doplneno po nasi zadosti.
• Andrew (8/5): - Beautiful apartment just recently refurbished to a high standard. Bed very comfortable. Very helpful host who was responsive. Excellent WiFi connection. Just over the road from the Beach and Promenade . Would definitely stay here again.
• Andrei (9/5): - Locatia foarte bine pozitionata. Apartament spatios in zona linistita, dar aproape de faleza. Apartamentul nu este unul modern si nici luxos, dar este mai mult decat ok pentru pretul platit. Am solicitat check-put traziu, si gazda ne-a lasat sa parasim apartamentul seara fara sa ne ceara cost suplimentar. Gazda raspunde destul de greu la mesaje. Nu a fost o problema, intrucat am apelat-o telefonic, a raspuns si a fost f amabila. Se mai poate lucra putin la curatenie in sertarele mobilei.

• Vostrovská (10/5): - It looked better than on the pictures. Everything was clean and spacious. I was a bit nervous after reading other people’s experiences but honestly for us we didn’t have any problems. About the electricity we paid around 30€ for 4 people for 6 days which was alright. There was enough toilet paper, enough dish soup, enough towels, very close to a beautiful beach, a bit longer to the town center but it was like 30 minutes nice walk. The balcony was great too. nothing really

• Yifaa (2/5): Outdated photos, poor maintenance, and surprise charges – not recommended! - Review of the Property – Limneria West Park A very disappointing stay. The apartment is poorly maintained. The photos published on the listing were likely taken many years ago – or are computer-generated – and do not reflect the current condition of the property. The experience fell far below the standard we expect when booking through Booking.com. After check-in, the host suddenly demanded a €100 security deposit as well as an unexpected additional charge for electricity – neither of which was mentioned at any stage during the booking process or included in the listing details. When we asked for a photo of the electricity meter reading on the day of our arrival, the host was unable to provide any documentation, raising serious concerns about the reliability of the charges. The overall communication with the host was unpleasant, unprofessional, and at times even dismissive – which significantly impacted our enjoyment of the vacation. We strongly do not recommend booking this apartment. There are many far better options in the area, managed by professional, fair, and courteous hosts.

• Ivanovaitė (1/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND - IT WAS HORRIBLE I would like to inform you that this property has false advertisement, outdated photos, which don't match the reality. Firstly, the booking doesn't say anything about paying for electricity and just after making a payment I got a message that I will be charged for electricity separately (with prices that do not correlate with electricity prices in this area). Secondly, the kitchen of this property is absolutely unusable. The oven is full of grime and the latch to open it is broken, the toaster is also dirty and absolutely not suitable for using. I tried to use the microwave this morning and it started smoking. The windows do not shut fully so even at night there is a breeze. And at night the apartment gets so cold to the point that even a winter coat does not help. And using the air conditioning mentioned in the booking is not an option because using it would mean herendous electricity usage (since the air conditioner is from 1980-1990) and prices. And there is no point in doing so because even after running the air conditioner on max for 4 hours the room is still very cold since all the warmth goes right outside through the windows. The toilet curtain has yellow stains all over it. The door is cracked and dirty and paint on both the door and windows is peeling. There is also mold in the property, the air conditioner smells of mold. The pillows provided are so dirty we are scared to sleep on them. And the sheets have a pungent smell to them. The lamp is burnt. We have visual proof of the things mentioned. When we called the owner she told us that couldn't be true and everything is fine, we are imagining it, so she sent her friends to check. Then it was like she saw the apartment for the first time (there were already reviews about that stuff, so she must've seen them).
• Susana (2/5): Very poor - This place is a Scam . They charge extra for electricity. When we arrived there was a mop in fron of the door, the bed was half made with dirty sheets. The two bed lamps were broken. One of the bad matress you could feel the springs. The AC in the living room has mold .. I am not sure how this is in booking after the complains they had. The place is terrible and the assistance from booking is also terrible.
• Gregor (7/5): Nice stay in pre season. Good value for the money. Nice entry point to explore Cyprus. Not 5* - Location was nice entry point to explore Cyprus. Very close to airport and easy to walk around the town. Comunication with the owner was nice. We had nice stay there after all. There was Cyprus Lonely Planet book in the drawer that really helped us with exploring Cyprus. I think the biggest problem with this apartment are bunch of fake 5* reviews here on booking. While reading this, people except much more and are then disappointed. In reality the apartment is ok, average. Something you can expect for price like this. Also description is a little misleading. Here are few things that you should know: - There is no dedicated parking, you basically park on free spaces next to the road. At the time of our stay (May) there was no problem to get one though. In high season this may be challenging - but i'm not sure. - WiFi is there but for extra costs. We used mobile internet instead. - TV IS working, but you need to know how to turn it on (not with power on button). There are however mostly Russian channels. I couldn't find some cartoon channel for kids. Signal quality is SD. - They are many little things in apartment that would improve experience if taken care of - shower curtain, kitchen stove, paint job of the window frames. - The apartment was clean at our arrival, except bed sheets had some little stains. They seemed fresh though. - In the summer there may be a problem with heat. This buildings are not well insulated and they are on to flor (roof just above). This is not unique to this apartment. Just keep it in mind that you may run AC most of the day - and pay extra for electricity. In May there was no issue with this. Temperatures were perfect with out AC.
• John (10/5): Will probably return. And will recommend to friends and family - Everything. Just one picky item: the shower head does not fasten to the shower post very well. So the shower head sometimes does not stay where you want it to stay. But when everything else is good then this is not really a problem.
• Edgar (7/5): Good - Excelent location Wifi died in the middle of the work meeting, cause host didn't pay bills. Electricity is overpriced. Seems that old equipment(fridge,AC) is not AA-class level.

• Gillian (1/5): Stay away and book elsewhere - Nothing- the apartment and environment around was poor and very run down. The host was in France and unable to resolve our issues immediately, she just asked her friend(? Bar housekeeper) to come to speak to us. There was no one to meet us but we found the key lock. We had several problems and there was no one on site to help. The place was dirty and my husband had to buy cleaning materials and spent 3 hours cleaning it. In the bathroom there were cracked tiles, peeling paint round the window and the dirty shower hose was laid in the bath because the fixing was broken and there was black mould. Linen was old and smelt fusty. The bottom of the wardrobe and hall cupboard were dusty and dirty. The kitchen should be condemned as the oven door is cracked and dirty, it’s dirty inside too and is totally unsafe to use. Toaster was disgusting. The kitchen and bathroom floors had to be mopped. There was hair in the fridge. WiFi was not switched on as arranged and the tv didn’t work at first. On our second day there was no electricity or water, from when we arrived back mid afternoon and we were still without when we went bed. It was on when we woke the next day. We did lodge a complaint through booking.com and have been given a part refund even being charged for electricity that we didn’t have. We moved out at 09.30 on day 3 to alternative accommodation at additional expense and have been accused of not informing the host, which we did over the phone and by email. My advice would be to stay well clear of this place because it is not fit to live in and the host doesn’t care.
• Misha (2/5): Avoid if you can. - This flat was the worst Booking experience we had in 10 years - the apartment was shockingly dirty, in the kitchen the oven door was cracked and it is essentially a fire hazard, the dishes are old and stained with grease, in the bathroom there was garbage and water did not drain. The air conditioner in the bedroom does not work, and one in a living room wastes a lot of electricity to heat up the whole flat which ends up as an additional cost. The apartment is damp and gloomy and the balcony is dirty with mouldy seating. Additionally there are no tv channels in English only in Russian. In general the owner is rude, terrible at communicating and refuses to accept responsibility of faults in the flat. However charges extra fees for electricity. Overall this experience was highly unpleasant which, combined with the lack of cleaning, leaves a truly revolting impression. We stayed in the apartment for a few days and had to move out as it was just unbearable.

• Aura (4/5): STAY AWAY! Apartment was OK BUT THE HOST IS A SCAMMER! - Nice, quiet location, good size apartment. We could not contact the host the day before arrival and also the day of the check in. We called multiple times because we could not find the location (the taxi driver left us somewhere else) and we ended up walking in circles and dragging our bags for an hour before finding the property. (good we didn't arrived at night time) Communication with the host was the worst we ever experienced but we were determined not to let this ruin our holiday. She contacted us the day after our arrival to ask for the 100 euro deposit. For the first 3 days it was NO HOT WATER. Someone was sent and the problem was solved. We were surprised to notice the lack of essential items. For example we found half roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags etc - not a big deal but it says a a lot about the host. When I mentioned this issue, I was told that there is a supermarket downstairs.... We knew that we will have to pay separately for internet. 1 euro per day and for the electric. The host send a message after our booking was confirmed and told us we will pay for the electric based on our consumption for the 21 days (she said -0.35 euro per kw) The electric meter is not in the apartment but we were able to find it and take a picture the day we have arrived and also the last day. The host sent someone (apparently her manager) to our door the day of check out. This women was not speaking English at all but she was showing me on a notebook some calculations and requesting to pay EXTRA 55 euro. I contacted the host, I showed her the exact consumption (screenshots of the meter) and I also checked the price for electricity in Cyprus...it's actually 0.25 euro per kw. So based on all this, she was suppose to give us 5 euro back from the 100 euro deposit. She replied that electricity is 0.50 per kw but she calculated for us at 0.45 ( she couldn't get her story right: 0.35,045 or 0.50) and she requested more money. THIS IS THE SCAM SHE'S RUNNING! DON'T BE FOOLED!
