• Milena Mladenova (10/5): A great place to stay - The appartment is very spacious, in addition there is a balcony and a small terrace next to the garden. The location is great - near the bus stops for the 2 buses to/from the airport. Next to it are located many grocery shops, restaurants and cafes. The host is very caring - they answered our requests in a timely manner always trying to help us. The bed is comfortable ,the appartment is impeccably clean, the bathroom is big. We would like to stay there again next time in Paphos.

• Lauren (10/5): Overall a great stay. - We stayed in their 1brm apartment until, it was spacious and well equipped-washing machine, booster system to ensure you could get always get hot shower water, water filter system on kitchen tap so you could get safe drinking water were very much appreciated. The fold out couches were handy when I wanted to sleep in the lounge one night. Two outdoor areas. The location was well placed to walk or get a Bolt to key attractions. NB we are keen walkers and didn’t hire a car. Use Bolt rather than taxis if you can. The host was very nice. Two nights we heard a man speaking very loudly and aggressively at a woman. It may have been another guest in the building, but was quite disturbing. We could hear it even though all windows were closed. If it is a permanent resisdent the host should probably speak with them.

The apartment is in a good location and offers good value for money he only downside was the water pressure, which made it necessary to plan showers a bit in advance.

• Alexander (10/5): We had an excellent stay! - We had an excellent stay. The host meet us for check in and check out. Communication was excellent. The apartment located in Kato Paphos, in a couple minutes walk from bus station. There is big supermarked 3 minutes walk from apartment, and 2 great bakeries in the same distance. The apartment is very well equipped.

• Chinwe (9/5): A great apartment - I loved the location of the apartment as it made it very easy to navigate different areas of the Paphos, either by for our by public transport. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The host was also very friendly and accommodating and answered all our queries. There wasn't much to dislike! I enjoyed the patio area but I feel the flooring could do work an upgrade as I found it a little wobbly, making the take and chairs a little unsteady when trying to use them. Also, it housed some of the cleaning equipment such as mops and brooms making it look a little untidy
• Irina (9/5): Superb - A spacious, clean studio, located on the ground floor, with a small courtyard in front, with a separate kitchen (so you don't mind the noise of the fridge). It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, on a street with many villas and trees, about 20-25 minutes walk from the sea. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Hot water is provided by both the solar panel system (which you see all over Cyprus) and an electric system (so on cloudy days there is hot water). At night you can rest because it is not an area with intense traffic or restaurants nearby. It has numerous mini-markets / supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, Zorbas pastry shop (yummy) 3 minutes away. Georgia, very kind, waited for us to hand over the keys, and upon departure she gave us some jasmine branches (too bad they didn't last until we arrived in the country :(. Thanks for accommodation! -the apartment has a small yard in front, with a generous tree and a thick bush of Cypriot jasmine in front, I would recommend that those protective films that do not allow natural light to enter be peeled off the windows. Because the apartment is a bit dark. -some coat hangers would be good if they were in the studio -the bathroom is a bit small

• Phil (10/5): Relaxed break in a very pleasant apartment, well-located for local amenities and places of interest - Despite arriving slightly past the official check-in times, our hostess Georgia kindly met us to hand over the keys and explain facilities. Georgia is a very friendly and helpful host. Our taxi driver got lost, and Georgia was able to speak to him to guide him to the correct address. We had a minor issue when the kettle stopped working, but she replaced it very quickly - thank you Georgia! This apartment has been set-up very thoughtfully, and we cannot think of anything which was lacking!

The location is great - it is between the seaside and the old town, with both sides connected by buses but also easily accessible by foot. There are stores, restaurants and bus stops in less than 5 minutes of walking. Near by is a big mall. Hosts are great!

We had a rental car and there was an underground car parking spot included. If you don’t have a car then there are lots of buses or it’s a bit of a walk but totally doable. For the price, it was great. It’s small but had everything we needed.

• Irena (10/5): Exceptional - the apartment is within walking distance from the center and from the port about 20 minutes, it had everything you need. The hostess was very kind. it was a bit dark in the rooms
• Lara (9/5): Superb - I will try to write this as short and useful as possible. My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment on the ground floor, which has EVERYTHING you need. You don't need to buy English mobile phone chargers, she has already put them in the room, wifi is free, you have one air conditioner in the living room and one in the room so it's never hot, you have a terrace in front of the house and one at the exit from the room, a separate tap for drinking water, kettle, hairdryer, iron. Georgia is a lovely woman who is always available. Apartment and she 10/10. Prices in Paphos: dinner first row to the sea, squid for two and a drink €50, second row to the sea all the same €25, beer €4, coffee €2-4, pancakes €7, pizza €12, boat trips €60-90 , parasol and two deckchairs €7.50. It's not cheap, but it's not too expensive either. On a budget you will spend around 120€ for two people, with 3 meals, drinks, desert, transport, beach... It is recommended to visit the zoo, it's beautiful. Lemur feeding is €5 per person, elephant and giraffe feeding has been discontinued. On the official zoo website you have a ticket + transfer from your hotel (if you are in an apartment, just come in front of the nearest hotel) and ofcourse transfer home for €22 per person. The sea is already warm now, but the sun is terribly strong, bring a good quality sunscreen and be careful. Have a good time! The location is not perfect if you don't have a car. You have a 10 minute walk to the shopping center Kings Avenue Mall, 15 minutes to the bus station, 25 minutes to the first beach, 30 minutes to the Archaeological site, the castle, the waterfront and restaurants. Here, everything interesting is on the walk to the harbour, not the city centre. On a more positive note, you have a bus stop very close to the apartment (3 minute walk). Bus 610 goes to the harbour from that station. Bus 615 runs from the bus station to Coral Bay. Bus 611 runs from the bus station to the airport. The buses are air-conditioned and regular, and each ride costs €2, no matter how long you drive in one direction.
• Hagay (10/5): Amazing time! - Georgia wad very kind and was available for every question we had, the apartment was perfectly clean, the location is very good close to everything, the apartment is even better than the pictures, highly recommend!
• Maya (8/5): Very good - The place was lovely and Georgia was hospitable and really amazing! Electricity in the apartment works with a card on the key chain. This makes the fridge disfunctional when you go out. Also the yard and the table outside can't be used in the evening because to switch on the light you need to keep the keys and the card inside. But then if you close the door (to not let insects go in), you are left with no second key...

• Stanko (10/5): It was perfect for my needs. - The host is very helpful and makes sure that you have everything you need. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. There is a beautiful shaded patio with a lemon tree - everything in a quiet street, but 10-20 minutes walk from the coastal area, town center and central bus hubs. Be mindful that if you decide to use a hot water boiler, you have to allow some time for preheating.

As I was on Cyprus in March, I was happy about the heating at night. The car can be parked in the garage or in the street in front of the apartment. I would stay there again, if ever on Cyprus again.

Apartment is not in the main holiday resort, which was for us a plus :). All cycling roads very close. Apartment has a large balcony and also sitting place in front of apartment. We liked the place a lot.

Location was good for public transport and getting out of the city. The area was nice and quiet - aside from some loud bird that interrupted our sleep.

• Nikola (10/5): Nice and clean apartment, wonderful hosts - great for a family vacation! - What did we like? The short answer is - everything!:) If we have to point out some things, they are the wonderful hosts (Thanks for your care, Georgia!), an extremely clean, cozy and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need, even a small garden, where breakfast is a great start to the day. There are all kinds of shops nearby - cafeterias, bakeries, even a supermarket. And last but not least - the underground parking. Nothing to complain about.

• Przemysław (10/5): Totally recommended! - The place is located near the Archeological Site and close to the shore. Underground parking with an elevator was super convenient. We had an apartment on the ground floor, and could enjoy our coffee in the morning under an olive tree in the cozy front yard. The host was super nice, was there for us any time we needed, and even was quick to come rescue us when we accidentally got locked out of the apartment. Totally recommended! Not too much sunlight inside (but the front yard totally makes up for it)

• Gabriela (10/5): Great location to explore the city - The location is great, close to the port, mall, sightseeings. Nice bakeries and big supermarkets just around the corner. Good communication with our host Georgia. Really comfortable studio, with everything you need. The mattress wasn’t so comfortable; probably it needs to be changed. Keep in mind that you need to wait 2-3 minutes for hit water because the apartment is using solar system. But it wasn’t a problem for us.

• Nigel (9/5): A comfortable apartment for a stay away from the sea-front crowds. - Friendly owner who regularly checked that we had all we needed and replaced bed linen half way through our stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment. The property is located half way between Paphos Harbour and Paphos town and a car is therefore essential. The environmentally good system of heating the water by a solar system on the roof required the waste of much water being drawn down before hot water was available. One of those frustrating environmental balances.

• Ilie (5/5): With more attention it could be ok - Location was ok, but nothing else. Mess in the house and in the bathroom, the bathroom curtain moldy, the cup for the toothbrushes very miserable, the window in the bathroom does not close well and it gets cold in all place. Poorly performing air conditioners. Old sofas, 2-3 functional TV channels. I recommend only for the area, nothing else. The owner did not show when we agree to meet to leave the keys , not professional, she not event announce.

• Timo (10/5): Clean, spacious apartment in a quiet area within short walking distance from the old town of Paphos - This apartment is really a paragon. Starting from the moment of arrival until the end we didn't meet anything we didn't like. The host was super kind, explained thoroughly what we can do and how to operate the apartment. She also reacted very fast to my extra questions sent over the booking.com messaging system. Every single part of the apartment was very clean. Tea and coffee were provided by the host. There were additional kitchen and hand towels in place. The bathroom was cleaned thoroughly, the dishes were clean and we didn't need to rewash. There was a free parking spot on the street in front of the front door of the apartment or possibility to use a spot in the parking area below the house (in the basement). The only minus that comes into my mind was that we had to wait warm water for a long time. A lot of clean water got wasted due to that. But I guess this is more of a building issue than apartment flaw and does not affect the rating of this visit.

• Jacek (7/5): Good - Location - Pretty close to old Town, shopping mall, shop, restaurant. The owner was very kind. AC/Smart tv were working fine, though the placement is not best. Bathroom is very small, and there was plenty of mold/rust in the shower. You need to wait around 2 minutes for hot water in the shower (quite a waste of fine water).
• Vaida (10/5): look no further - - large apartment - comfortable bed - very clean - quiet - lots of amenities - host Georgia was a perfect communicator throughout, she was also kind enough to keep my bag for a couple of days after check out date - beaches, touristic sites etc within walking distance or a quick bus ride

It was close to a supermarket, a shopping mall and one or two restaurants as well as being on a bus route to the harbour and Coral Beach. Georgia, our host made us very welcome and we are sure that we will return very soon.

Nice underground parking. Markets are close. Georgia is a nice and helpfull host. A bit noisy neighbours during some nights A/C is directed on beds...
• Svetoslav (10/5): A wonderful place to stay in Paphos! :-) - A wonderful place to stay in Paphos! :-) Perfect location - close to the city center (tavernas, cafes), as well as good bus connections to Kato Paphos and Caravella station. Very, very clean, AC, cozy garden, terasse, speedy internet connection and even Netflix. Georgia is a wonderful host who makes you feel at home from the very beginning of your stay! Don't hesitate to book your stay, I will definitely visit the place again!! :-)) Thank you Georgia for your warm hospitality!!! :-))
