• Samia (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be coming back! - We liked the location, the layout of the apartment with the terrace. -The bathroom is old and when taking a shower the water goes down on the floor from under the glass door. - We had difficulty iopening the main door with the key and we had to ask for assistance from the staff. The lock should be checked & changed. - We arrived late and when we wanted to have a hot drink; there was not even one or two sachets of coffee, tea, sugar! But I must thank you for the fruits and water.bottle.
• Krasimir (4/5): - The actual room was nice, the pools were clean, the food was good and affordable. Firstly, when we got to the actual hotel we learned that we aren't staying in the hotel but some room in a building that is private not own by the hotel. From there we couldn't use the good offers that the hotel had. We couldn't pay cash for the food because they couldn't assign the money to the room so we can pay it when checking out (because it was private). We were in a building called Hibiscus. In the entrance it smelled like a sewer.The actual private owner didn't provide any adapters for the the socket so we can charge our phones. At least somebody left a adapter in one of the drawers.

• Robert (6/5): A place of accomodation that could be really amazing with some minor improvements - What I/we liked: The position of the apartman, close to the beach, but in a relative quiet area. The rooms- especially the bigger bedroom and the living room, the small terrace accessible from the living room The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped, no salt, oil etc. In the apartment there was no electrical plug adapter for European plugs and, when we asked at the reception, they wanted to SELL us (even at an overprice compared to the shops where we bought later !!!) such adapters, refusing to provide us with them free of charge, as would have been normal In the bathroom there were ants coming from under the sink In the main building - which was opposite our building - there were noisy events every evening, disturbing the otherwise exemplary tranquillity of the place and the resort itself. • Adam (7/5): Overbooking policy can bring you down at the begging but Paphos helps to forget. Nevertheless aftertaste still remains. - The location of Paphos Gardens is just optimal; quiet at night, 5 minutes walking distance from a beach, max 10 minutes to reach shopping and restaurants area, night clubs also. The local food is just amazing. The front desk personnel is pro and kind, giving needed info and support. What I've found very confusing is overbooking practice. Unfortunately we've arrived at night and there was no records at the hotel reception about our reservation. The mobile number given in the booking.com app didn't answer any call from my side, nor from the hotel personnel. We were offered with courtesy accommodation for the first night but in low standard. The next day we had meeting arranged with Hotel Manager to solve our situation. The reservation was confirmed but the apartments was not available as other guests were already checked in. The Hotel Manager didn't show up to the meeting with no excuse, leaving even front desk personnel in confusion. In the end our group has been split in different locations what wasn't ideal as it was integration and team building trip. Too much time wasted was disappointing as well as Hotel Manager attitude.
• Karen (9/5): Amazing resort with a central location - The location is perfect, 2 mins from the beach and a 20-min walk to the harbour. There's also a good bus connection with the 611 bus that leaves you in the city. Our apartment was big enough and with a view of the pool - lovely to wake up to it with the company of three kittens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. The only things we didn't like were the cleaning in between days. We were told that cleaners would have come every two days but they only changed the towels and made the beds. Also, there was a smell of drain coming out of the bathroom sink that was a bit unpleasant.
• Mogg (7/5): 5 night stay - Basic facilities but generally good value for money. The trees and scrubs make for pleasant surroundings. The xomplex is fairly quiet situated 2 mins from local bars 5mins from a beech 20 mins from the harbour We were a group of 7 and rented 2 apartments. A 3 bed maisonette and a 2 bed flat.. The 2 bed flat worked well in design and space but the 3 bed is very poorly designed with cramped bedrooms and lots of unusable space downstairs.

• Zsolt (6/5): Lovely location, nice beaches, good restaurants…we loved it! 😍 - Location is good. Size is big, two bath rooms and big living room are perfect. Poor equipment in the kitchen. We found some unexpected bugs (cockroach) they waited us when we arrived and some did come in from outside every days during the night. We have not received instructions how to manage the water heating system placed outside on the roof.

• Ingus (9/5): Nice place and worth to go if you get a good deal - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, not new and fancy, but good condition overall. Very nice and calm location - just few minutes walk from sea and promenade. Everything would be just perfect, if not these details: Living room on first floor had strong and bad smell (probably because of previous customers who let local cats in?) There was no dishwasher. Air conditioner was not working in living room. Not so important - but it was not sunny on terrace in the mornings. We were missing morning sun to sit outside with breakfast coffee

The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel and you can find restaurants, little shops nearby. The breakfast was excellent, worth trying it. We had some problems with the cleanliness. After the first night some ants appeared in the kitchen and some other bugs upstairs in the room. The hotel staff was ready to solve these problems.

• Kovalovska (10/5): Perfect apartment accommodation - Whole holiday resort was very nice, clean and modern. At the beggining, on the reception we got welcome drink. It was very nice after a whole day of transporting. We were a group pf 5 people and we got whole house with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, 3x bathroom. The big bonus was that that directly next to our hous was a pool with bar. The kithen had all the equipment you need - cooker, toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. Everything was functional, no problems. Every bedroom has air conditioning. Everything was clean and very nice prepared. People are so kind and always try to help you if you have questions. Even if there is a lot of people you can still find a sunbed near to a pool. The accomodation has 2 pools, one large and one smaller, both are clean, both have bars with drinks and food. The nearest beach was only 5 minutes of walk from the resort. The beach is large enough, clean, a lot of sunbeds for rent, restaurant next t the beach. I definitly recoomend this accomodation. Once again when we go for vacation on Cyprus, we will book accomodation in Paphos Gardens. Everything was great, but I would appriciate a broom or a rag to be in the accomodation. Even when the resort has their own cleaning service, sometimes you still need to clean after yourself - for example sand from the beach when you will come back, or to clean broken bottle of jam.

• Marek (6/5): Pleasant - - 2 bathrooms in the apartment - LOCATION!!!! There was no cleaning in the apartment. After first night there were so many ants in the kitchen and living room. In the reception we heard that because we booked the apartment by Booking.com and not directly trough the hotel the cleaning is not provided. For answer where can we throw the garbage by ourselves, the receptionist said that he doesn't know. Finally we've received some spray for the ants but extremely small amount. There was no hot water almost all the time. It didn't depend on what time you take a shower or how many people used to do so. All in clusive offer wasn't clear and depended on with which staff member you were talking. Moreover, in the main pool there was a poop in the water. Anyway, that was a good stay, the location for this price was excellent.

• Jhonathan (9/5): Good value for your money ;) - Very clean and cozy! The heater was difficult to manage, it didn’t work many times and when calling reception they said that I needed to turn on some socket and let it run for at least 40 minutes, which we did and water still didn’t come warm.
