• Radoslaw (10/5): - Location, wonderful , 900 m from Pafos old town,800m from the nearest beach and Lidl ;) View, amazing on the garden as well on the sea. Apartment clean and equipped in everything You need, washing machine and microwave for example. It is not new but working. Generally 9/10 Only one disadvantage was plastic curtain in bathroom. • Louise (8/5): The host was great every time I contacted she responded very quickly and resolved the problem was close to Lidi for groc - The gardens and pool area was really nice the size of the apartment was great Limited storage place for food but not a problem just maybe make a little space for this. Also we went before 1May so no sun beds around the pool when asked in the office they apologised and said they will be putout in May however the next day they were put out which was great
• Jacek (8/5): - Apartament usytuowany w cichym miejscu na drugim piętrze, z dużym ogrodem i basenem.Zostaliśmy prawidłowo poinformowani emaielem o sposobie otwarcia mieszkania.Zastaliśmy miejsce dostosowane całkowicie do spędzenia tam urlopu. Niestety podczas naszego 9 ciodniowego pobytu nie sprzątano w ogóle apartamentu.Brakowało worków na śmieci, papieru toaletowego.Ciepłej wody do kąpielu starczało tylko dla jedmej osoby.Nie poznaliśmy też osobiście właściciela apartamentu.

• Adrian (10/5): - Apartment was spacious, very tastefully decorated and clean to the last spec. There was a large balcony with a view of the well groomed inner garden and a plain view of the sea. There were some colder nights in January but the heating of the AC had no troubles keeping us warm. Everything was working well and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind to my every question. Everything was just perfect, I couldn't think even one thing to suggest for improvement.
• Tina (7/5): - Gute Lage Parkplatz vor der Türe Relativ ruhig gelegen in einer Gated community Es war leider nicht sehr sauber und einige Möbel könnten mal wieder erneuert werden (Sofa und Balkon). Mehr Steckdosen/Verteiler wären auch praktisch.

• András (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was amazing and the sea view from the balcony is indeed breathtaking. The pool was wonderful, the supermarket (Lidl) is a few minutes walk away, as well as the beach. The location is perfect, and public transport to the harbor is really efficient.

• S..l. (5/5): Worn out furnishings, partial sea view, OK internet, 1 BR condo - Partial sea view from balcony. Two pools. Gated community with parking and elevator. Hot water, A/C, microwave, ceiling fans and clothes washer all appreciated. WiFi 12 Mbps with 153ms loaded latency acceptable for working as a digital nomad. Full one bedroom condo was spacious for one person. LIDL not too far for groceries. Floor and wall tile from before the moon landing desperately need replacing (scuffed chipped dirty throughout). Worn out, uncomfortable, saggy chairs and couches with no support. Hot water had to be pre-heated for half an hour before taking a shower - this should be updated with a tankless unit. Awful beaches and not close. This is a condo in a predominantly-British gated enclave away from the beach and not in Paphos downtown area - there is no neighborhood sense or feel of being in Cyprus, another country. Directions to find which building and lift could be clearer. Regina Gardens is a strong cautionary tale about owning a condo in a warm climate that seems like it might be near beaches. It is warm, but a terribly mediocre area and country, and awful beaches. Go to Italy, Greece, or Croatia instead, you'll be much happier.
