Pedro (7/5): - O melhor anfitrião que já me recebeu em uma hospedagem, super solícito, rápido e parceiro. Infelizmente tem um prédio abandonado bem em frente a vista do apartamento aonde ficam alguns moradores de rua consumindo drogas, além disso, há bastante moradores de rua por ali em frente, porém é um problema do centro de Los Angeles, não necessariamente desta hospedagem, porém me senti bem inseguro, principalmente no primeiro dia.
Lisa (7/5): Schönes Appartement, leider mit einem besetzten Haus nebenan - Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet und hatte fast alles was man braucht. In der zweiten Etage gab es eine Art Innenhof auf dem Grills zur freien Verfügung standen und auch ein Pool und ein beheizter Whirlpool nutzbar waren. Durch diesen Innenhof war das Gebäude mit dem gegenüberliegenden Gebäude verbunden bei welchem zusätzlich Grills auf dem Dach genutzt werden konnten. Die Unterkunft bietet eine Tiefgarage mit festem Stellplatz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und sehr schnell über WhatsApp. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich eine besetzte Baracke. Die Fenster davon zeigen direkt zum Grillplatz und zum Balkon des Appartements, weshalb die Nutzung dessen leider nicht so einladend ist. Deshalb waren wir auch ganz froh dass der Türtransponder auch für den Eingang für das Gebäude auf der anderen Seite ging, welches über den Pool mit unserem Gebäude verbunden ist. Während des Aufenthaltes funktionierte der Whirlpool leider nur am ersten Abend, danach ging die „Blubberfunktion“ nicht mehr. Auch die Fahrstühle im Haus in dem es die Grillmöglichkeiten auf dem Dach gab funktionierten der Reihe nach nicht. Zuerst nur der eine, dann auch der zweite nicht. Es gab leider keine Küchenhandtücher und das Spannbettlaken war für das Bett etwas zu klein und hat sich beim schlafen immer abgezogen.

Not clear that the elevator is also badge protected. The garage was difficult to find as the picture provided was not distinguishing enough. Lots of scuffs and bangs on the walls. Some drawers in the kitchen don't work right.

W miarę cicho, piękny widok z okna i bardzo blisko do crypto.com arena. Na duży plus - bezpieczne i bezproblemowe miejsce parkingowe oraz łatwe automatyczne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Kanapa w salonie niezbyt wygodna (choć właściciel po naszej uwadze szybko zorganizował topper, co poprawiło sytuację), niezbyt czysta i bezpieczna okolica - ale to downtown, więc nie ma się co dziwić.

Felt safe with the amount of security to get into apartment. Unit was comfortable and clean and had all the ammenities you needed for a short or long stay. Obviously it’s downtown LA so there is rough people around I wouldn’t recommend walking at night in the area but overall inside the unit we felt very safe.

The area c - The property is ideally situated near the Crypto precinct, so ideal for our trip. Also close to metro train line which allowed easy access to the metro system. Good security on the building. The booking team were responsive with communication. The Booking.com street address is not the actual address which was super confusing for us and our driver. This is revealed via WhatsApp check in, and only by a photo of the front of the building. The sofa bed is not really a sofa bed, more like a pull out kids trundle. No information left for any how tos in the apartment or surrounds.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and a great, restful place to return to after a busy day exploring. Nothing!

Be careful when bo - I’ve stayed at another apartment on this property so the property itself is very nice. What I didn’t like was when I booked the room, it said I would have a balcony/patio which I did not have at all. So let’s start with false advertising. The place was very stuffy & had a bad smell. The A/C didn’t work so I had to open up all the windows upon arrival and that still didn’t kill the smell. There was hardly any kitchen ware so I wouldn’t recommend trying to cook or using the oven. The bed frame was dirty & so were the walls. One of the only windows that opens; blinds were broken so I could not raise them to get better air.

He answered messages very quickly and resolved all our queries very efficiently. The area isn’t the greatest but the security of the building is awesome. Once you are inside the building, all is 100%. Incident feel threatened in any way, just not the best part of town.

The Airbnb is located right next door to the LA Convention Center, which made attending events incredibly easy and stress-free. Being able to walk over without worrying about traffic or parking was a huge convenience. Inside, the space was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The interior was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a long day. Everything felt welcoming and well cared for, which really added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb, especially for anyone attending events at the Convention Center.

It would have been helpful to have a second room access key. You needed one to exit and enter the elevators at all times. Also there wasn’t a key provided to enter the pool area.
Madeline (7/5): - Pros: Owners/Managers very communicative and gave great detailed instructions on check-in, etc. and were very responsive to questions. Even gave us an extra fob when asked. Great location if going to the convention center or crypto. Clean. Great place for 2 people who share a bed (a couple) or a single. Apartment building and parking are very secure. Fitness center and pool, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen appliances, large walk in closet, etc. Great for longer term stays. Parking spot in secured garage. Cons (or be aware of): Some basic things you come to expect when staying at a hotel are not provided - tissues, full length mirror, ample toilteries (only a couple travel size shampoos). Also note if you have more than 1 person you are given just 1 key fob which is the only way to get up and down elevator etc. It's a bit difficult if you have 2-3 people because it's not simple like a hotel where you each have your own key. Sofa bed not really a bed... not a bed mattress, just a lumpy sewed in and sewed together couch cushions - not ideal for a 3rd person.

Campbell (10/5): A comfortable, clan and quiet room with a great location and an all star host. - Location was incredible and the room was clean and comfortable. The star of the show was the host who help fix any minor issues almost immediately. He really elevated the whole stay and is the main reason I will consider staying here again next year. Parking is a little tricky because you’re downtown and if you’re not used to the area it can be stressful the first time. The host does a great job providing information on how everything works but even with that I got turned around a couple times.
