• Ali (9/5): 8 - It is near the beach and the owner of the property is very helpful. The apartment should be cleaner and there is no shower gel and shampoo and not enough toilet paper.

• Camila (7/5): Good value for money - Good location, beds were comfortable, communication with the host was good, air conditioner working well The apartment was a bit dirty, more specifically the trash from the last guests was not taken out and was smelling bad after we were there for two days. We took it out ourselves. Also below the beds was dirty. The drain from the shower was a bit clogged. The couch could be a bit more comfortable to watch television, could have two keys (we were in three and it was difficult to leave the house separately with only one key which was also needed for the electricity). There were no duvets to sleep with, only light sheets

• Iliana (7/5): Good - The location is very good - walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants. There is a bus stop just in front of the property that goes to the airport. The place needs renovation. It’s small things but definitely you notice them - walls have to be painted, the outdoor area is no so nice ( there were 2 really dirty and old sun-beds and nobody will ever use them, so better remove them and you either replace with new or don’t put anything…) The cleaning standards are far away from good which doesn’t cost money to fix, just more attention from the owner. Bathroom smells bad.

• Alan (4/5): Disappointing - The hanging rail in the picture is the only storage space for clothes. No drawers. Uncomfortable lounge. No microwave. Slum location. Not homely. Ended up in hotel for a bit of comfort. Gate needs fixing. Decor poor, heavy coat of paint to fix it. Overpriced for what it is, photo's are deceptive. Stayed in better for much less.
• Martin (7/5): Good - The accommodation fulfilled its purpose, the location is close to the promenade and the beach, as well as to shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious enough. Wifi worked without a problem, as did the complete set of electricity. We also greatly appreciated the reductions in the plugs as we use other ends. The beds were also comfortable and large enough. The owner always responded to any questions and the collection of the keys was problem-free through the secure locker. The welcome bottle of wine was also a pleasure. Simply the price/performance ratio. Thank you :) The apartment had a couple of small flaws that didn't bother us much, but if they weren't there, the accommodation would have left a much better impression. The walls deserve to be painted and the bathroom a bit renovated. It would also help to add functional cutlery as some of the knives and forks were broken. We would also welcome a closet to store our clothes, as we had to have them spread out only on chairs and armchairs. The gate to the yard also could not be closed and kept opening. The surroundings of the house would also deserve a bit of cleaning. Eliminate these shortcomings and the accommodation will take on a better quality. For such a low price, it still served its purpose for us.
• Genrikh (8/5): overall it was very good - the host was incredibly nice and helpfull. the air conditioning was great, wifi worked well. beds and chairs were comfortable. the water flow in the shower was really weak. there was a little bit of mold on the coffee machine.

• Krisztián (1/5): House of mold and smell - The internet speed was great. Warning!!! The apartment is on the ground floor of a condominium located in the local slum. The neighbors live under very modest conditions in dilapidated houses. The wall of the building is full of cracks that extend to the tiles. The owner's effort is noticeable, but unfortunately hopeless. Despite multiple repaintings, several walls and the ceiling have mold. The toilet is not correctly mounted, moving, and some kind of liquid comes out from under it. One of my children was constantly coughing while we were inside. Fortunately, we only had to spend one and a half nights in this disproportionately expensive, smelly little pigsty because we were just passing through. No matter if they purchase new furniture or try to touch up the paint, this building is beyond saving. It has no place in the offerings of booking.com.

And the air condition was broken and no water in the hause And moldy!! The freezer also broken ! And we have thrown a lot of food away because of that !! Unfortunately my vacation was so bad and i haven’t enjoyed it as it should be !!

• Piotr (7/5): Nice one, but needs improvement. - Place is big enough and very clean, all furniture looks very fresh. Fridge is big, there is enough silver wear, etc. Bath room is quite big, renewed and clean as other parts of the apartment. Terrace have enough space to relax. Beds are terrible. They creaks and are sunken. Walls are very thin. If we stay in living room, ppl in bedrooms hear everything like they are in the same room. There is no closed in bedrooms. Furniture at terrace is a bit used. I believe owner is not visiting that place very often as whole apartment should have review, like beds, blunt knifes. From the beginning everything looks great, but the devil is in the details.

• Marta (8/5): Very good - I liked the wooden table outside of the appartment, we spend most of out time there. The dishes could be cleaner but other than that i have no complaints. The lanlord stop by and give us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The location was great, bus stops were near. Starbucks caffe was close.

• Magdalena (7/5): you can survive but … - very good contact and communication with owner relatively good location very good internet self check in a lot of tv Chanels and paid tv apartment is much more used than looks on pictures there is a lot of mold/humid spots it the walls and ceilings in the apartment - this is not healthy! not very clean - a lot of dust on the ceiling lamps, floors area outside requires cleaning and renovation
• Verginica (10/5): Clean and spacious apartment - I booked for 2 friends ...Spacious 2 bed apartment with outdoor seating area and fully equipped. Perfect for family or group of friends. Only minutes walk to the beach.
• Olga (8/5): Recommend! - Location is excellent, as it's walking distance from the SODAP Beach. In the same time, you can buy all you need for everyday life in Plus Discount shop (just cross the street), or in Poplife Supermarket (very near), or in Papantoniou Supermarket (walking distance too). Every room has air-condition, so that you can start/stop it according to your needs. No problems with wi-fi, that is really great (compared with some hotels). Theodoros, the owner, is very helpful and responsible person, who answered very quickly all questions we had and proved us information we were interested in. Not applicable :)
