Geneviève (7/5): lieu agreable ou sejourner pour decouvrir Quebec et ses environs - L'appartement agreable pour y sejourner, cuisine pour ne pas à aller au restaurant à chaque repas, machine à laver et seche linge. Une superette à proximité. un emplacement pour voiture gratuit à proximité. Le lit double beaucoup trop mou, m'a donné mal au dos. Je me suis rabattu sur le canapé convertible plus ferme. Le manque de reponse du proprietaire malgrès plusieures relances pour obtenir la facture acquitée et l'attestation de sejour.
Nila (6/5): Lovely city and centrally located home base - Great location, easy in and out, separate bed for all family members Hard to take a shower in the main bathroom. Also no lamps. I hate overhead lighting but that’s a small quibble

Jonathan (6/5): - Propreté et emplacement Vous entendez tout de chez les voisins. Si vous décidez de cuisiner, vous perdez 10 ans d’espérance de vie avec les poêles vu comment elles sont défoncées. Si vous voulez aller aux toilettes, vous devez passer par une chambre puis une seconde chambre si vous dormez dans le salon. Seulement 4 assiettes alors que c’est un logement prévu pour 6 maximum.
Tweety233 (7/5): Pour le prix payé c'était correct. - L'emplacement est parfait, épicerie pas loin, près du centre-ville. Les lits très confortable. Nous n'avons pas utiliser la terrasse car sommes aller en hiver mais c'est un plus pour la belle saison. Salle de bain rénové. Literie et serviette propre et en quantité suffissante. La propreté laisse vraiment à désiré. Poussière partout, plancher colant, vaisselle mal lavé, cuve de la toilette de la salle d'eau qui coule. Trou dans le plancher de cuisine.

Gilles (6/5): - C'est moderne, il y a une machine à lavé. le quartier est vraiment agréable Il y a des commerce juste à coté, une bonne brasserie. La possibilité de garer sa voiture. Par contre je conseil de prendre une chambre au premier. Car vous autrement vous serrez réveillé par les pas des voisins sur votre tête. La diposition des pièces de la chambre. Et l'insonorisation.

bruno (2/5): Ne soyez pas le prochain pigeon FUYEZ! - l'emplacement Nous estimons avoir été trompés par l'annonce de Jacques qui nous proposait un studio. Arrivés sur place il ne s'agit pas d'un studio mais d'une petite chambre; pas de chaise, pas de table pas d'evier, pas de réchaud. Le lit est collé contre le mur pour ménager un étroit passage de l'autre coté. Notre taulier contacté par téléphone nous a servi un discourt bien rodé: le titre d'une annonce n'a aucune valeur descriptive et la photo d'une kitchenette sur la confirmation de réservation n'a pas valeur contractuelle. A moins de beurrer vos tartines assis sur le bord du lit et sur vous genoux ne comptez pas prendre un petit déjeuner dans ce "studio". Ne soyez pas le prochain pigeon FUYEZ!

Lorelei (6/5): Good place to stay! - Great location with a few different choices for restaurants to eat at! It accommodated 6 adults comfortably for a nights stay. Host was accommodating on check out allowing us to stay an hour longer due to weather. The floor in the Kitchen could use fixing as in a few places it is quite weak and appliances could be levelled out other than that it was comfortable.

BL79 (8/5): Bonne adresse pour quelques jours à Québec. - Emplacement de parking gratuit prévu par l'hôte à proximité de l'hébergement. Proximité d'un supermarché. Isolation sonore avec l'hébergement du dessus perfectible.

Roy (2/5): Terrible experience - The location is in the center of old quebec city. There is a nice balcony which is quite private And a free wifi and TV. We got apartment number 794. The place is divided to 2 rooms. One of those rooms is divided again to 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are not so big. There is no washing or drying machine. Floor is squeeking and unbalanced (not straight) Doors are not straight as well The toilet are inside a cabinet of 1 m².. One tap has only hot water, another has just cold. The entrance lock is terrible to handle as it is way too scratched. Some of the floor boards are either broken or dent. The air-condition located in the apartment is just for ventilation and not for cooling / heeting as it cannot provide proper for such task
Saylee (5/5): Place needs maintainance - Location was good. Restaurants, grocery shopping were at walking distance. The street was lively. The apartment appears much nicer in photos than in person. We were disappointed upon arrival, as the property clearly needs maintenance. The living room floor is damaged in several spots, posing a risk of injury if walking barefoot. The main bathroom lacks an exhaust fan, leading to persistent odors. Additionally, the clothes dryer door doesn’t stay shut and pops open every few minutes, which is frustrating. There was also a constant tapping noise at night, as if someone were knocking from the other side of the wall, which made it difficult to sleep. The layout is somewhat inconvenient — one of the bedrooms can only be accessed by passing through another, and the bathroom is attached to that room. We were able to manage, but it might not suit everyone. While free parking is available around the block, the parking space number shown in the instruction photo had been painted over, making it difficult to locate the correct spot.

Leslie (8/5): Pleasant and inexpensive place to stay—we saved some money here so we could see more of the city!! - Location was very convenient, good value and a good part of town. Facility had everything we needed, very clean and well-organized, and I appreciated that we had a parking spot as soon as we arrived. We stayed here in winter, so it was great to have good heating and a very warm shower every night. Also the chocolates were fun to try. :) I would definitely stay here again! Only unexpected thing I would want to fix is that one couch was a little broken at the time, but a member of the group said she could still sleep in it very comfortably. It was not the fault of the property—there was a big snowstorm before we arrived, so parking was a little more tricky to use, but we safely found the spot in the end. Also not the fault of the property, but I think someone stole their hairdryer before we arrived and there was a lot of hair stuck in the shower drain from a previous guest; but those were both very easy problems to fix! Otherwise very clean bathroom. We didn't think it was any unexpected problem especially given the good value, but for future guests considering this spot, we can confirm that there may be noise from upstairs neighbors either leaving in the morning or coming home at night. Also the facilities list already mentions it, but wifi is not provided.
Izabela (8/5): Very good - Localization and spacious rooms/space. That you couldn’t open the dryer because not enough space in laundry room to access it. Also island and some furniture outdated and moved.
François (1/5): Worst experience ever. - Inadmissible. Door not opening as expected, had to wait outside in the cold for an hour. Apartment not ready. Landlord not answering messages/calls. Dirty. Bed not made. We eventually had to spend the night elsewhere…

Jonathan (9/5): Nice place to stay. A host that cares. - The chocolates and bottle of wine were a very nice touch. Very easy access and parking just a block or so away. The apartment was very tidy and presented. Neighbourhood was nice and quiet for our one night stay (a Saturday night). Nespresso coffee in the morning was appreciated before hitting the road. The only fault was the apartment layout with the bathroom only accessible through one of the bedrooms. However, this was a last minute booking. It wasn't a major problem for our group.

Clean and enough tools in kitchen to manage simple meals. We were a family of 6 and did great. Location was close, walking distance to old Montreal. Parking off site but not far.

C. (7/5): We enjoyed very much our stay, the apartment was very cozy and has a great location. - The property is in a good location. It’s one block away from a supermarket, coffee places and pharmacy. The owner was very nice, and the setup for when we arrived was quite welcoming, they left some chocolates, bottle of wine and Christmas decorations everywhere. The heating systems was great, we never suffer the cold weather conditions during our stay. The noise coming from the apartment above was unbearable. All of the steps could be heard from the lower level. Even though quiet time was supposed to be from 8 PM to 8 AM, the neighbors upstairs would come back late and make so much noise you can’t sleep well. The washing machine didn’t work properly, and the chairs for the dining table need some repairs (screws missing or loose)The freezer handle is broken, and it looks like it has been broken for a while since there was glue on it.

Lisa (7/5): Good - The code for entry was easy and directions to the unit were clear. The location was ok for walking. There were a few restaurants in the neighborhood. We had an issue with the washer and they came right away to fix but we had to stay around while they were worked on it delaying our day The floor of the unit was sloped. One bathroom was located by walking through 2 bedrooms and the other was in the kitchen. The bathtub was in the third bedroom. Unusual layout but it worked

Very trendy Only complaint is the fact that the configuration of the apartment is not well explained on the website. There is one full bathroom with a shower at one end of the apartment and then a separate toilet next to the kitchen without a sink. The sink and bathtub are in another bedroom. A weird set up.

Communication about arrival and parking was great. The apartment is walking distance to Old Québec and the neighbourhood itself is lovely. The shower was very small.

Rebecca (4/5): Disappointed that it wasn’t 2 separate bedrooms and 1 window a/c for the whole place. Felt “dooped” - Wi-Fi was good. Ease of entry with door code. Nespresso machine with frothier and plenty of pods. It wasn’t 2 separate bedrooms - you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. The a/c window unit was only in the living area so the bedrooms were hot. The sofa bed was broken.
Elizabeth (10/5): Amazing location and would come again! - The host was very reachable and friendly. A lot of cute extra touches on arrival. The neighborhood was amazing and very walkable. The apartment is on the ground floor and you can hear every step from above. The layout of the bedrooms is hard with the only bathroom off the bunk beds and the primary suite attached to the bunk bed room.

Robert (9/5): Great location, everything we needed close at hand. - Great residential location, plenty of restaurants and bars and easy walk to Old Town. Easily accommodated our family of five. A/C struggled a bit, could have used fans in the rooms.
