Cathy (8/5): - Hard to find the key box in the dark as a SUV had parked in the driveway blocking the box. Also, the code to use the lifts was not clearly provided and the emergency after hours number to assist was not responded to over 20 minutes despite 6 attempts. Very frustrating. See above. Lift code needs to be clearly provided prior to arrival when arriving after hours.
Mandy (7/5): Good location, comfortable but needs maintenance. - Great location a short (hill) stroll from Hasting Street. I have stayed at this property a few times. Although it is comfortable, It is getting tired, needing maintenance and TLC.
