Νεφελη (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment- big bedroom and living room and a balcony. Since the weather in Lunz is very capricious, its great that there is a sauna. Only thing- there was just one small pillow per person and sleeping was therefore not so comfortable.

Ludmila (5/5): Passable - Somebody stole our sko boots from the locked ski room, for which the hotel is responsible for; We wrote two emails to the hotel to solve the situations, without any response. I absolutely do not recommend the hotel in particular due to the non-communication. Update: the hotel contacted us and we settled the situation in our favour. I am thankful!
Dasa (9/5): Superb - Everything was wonderful! Whole apartment and its location. Only one con is WiFi connection. We couldn’t connect to it almost whole stay, If we were finally connected it was running really slow. But in general truly recommend.

Viktor (8/5): Very good - Beautiful landscape, very good rooms, nice and clean. SPA is perfect, but a jacuzzi would be an addition. The Bike garage is a plus. Very kind staff - everyone at the reception or the restaurant. The breakfast is too expensive for the given food/beverages. The cleaning lady could not wait us to leave, she tried to start cleaning 2 times before 9AM - room must be left until 10AM.

Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation, large spacious room with balcony. The accommodation has a sauna for free. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged at the partner hotel.
Mizub (10/5): Exceptional - Clean rooms with nice views and a good wellness centre with four saunas. Excellent breakfast / traditional Austrian restaurant in the hotel Zellerhof (appartments belong to the hotel). The appartment building offered a safe place for storing bikes / skiing equipment. The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the wellness unfortunately didn’t have a pool. The price was relatively high.

Wellness is open till 19.00 and the kitchen till 20.00, which is stressful. The kitchen should be open for longer. There was no fridge in the apartment.
