• Trina (9/5): We loved the location, enjoyed the rooftop patio, and found it to be an overall lovely place to stay - We really enjoyed our stay! The location was absolutely perfect – close to everything we needed. Easy access to the property made arrival and departure hassle-free. The rooftop patio was a standout feature – a great spot to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend! We enjoyed our stay, but we have a few small recommendations that could make the experience even better: - Consider upgrading to a dual coffee maker (Keurig + carafe) for more flexibility. - A couple of bottles of water in the fridge on arrival would be a nice touch. - Providing a dishcloth and some dish towels would make the kitchen more convenient to use. Overall, these small additions would really enhance guest comfort.

• Jamie (6/5): Location was good, comfort and quality not as much. - The location was good, and the ambience of the rental was nice. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the living room furniture and kitchen chairs were patio furniture, not actual indoor furniture. The couch was extremely low and hard to get up from with a bad knee. This couch would be comparable to the height of children’s furniture. So although the pictures made it look nice, it was really lacking in quality and comfort.

• Rick (5/5): Underwhelming - Location to Train. There was nothing to accommodate short stay. Shelves were bare which necessitated a trip to grocery store to purchase items normally available to quests ie coffee, sugar…
• Mary (9/5): Great apartment in an excellent location of Old Quebec!! - Excellent location with easy access to parking. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and within walking distance to all Old Quebec has to offer. View overlooking the water and access to the boardwalk. Easy to drive to other areas outside of Quebec City and back. Company responsive via the messaging app. Was unable to get an extra key to the unit. TV didn't work. Difficult to get a hold of a real person at the company on the phone.
• John (5/5): Passable - Location was great. Apartment was clean and convenient. No elevator. It made luggage difficult. Security was suspect and outdated. They use keys and lock boxes which made key duplicates likely. They need an individual electronic key system to avoid inadvertent entry.
• Nadine (7/5): Beautiful apartment in great location but terrible customer service. - The property is beautiful and spacious. Very convenient location too. WiFi and TV didn’t work when we arrived. We reported it straight away but it was only taken care off the the day before we left. AC isn’t powerful enough for the entire apartment. Luckily it wasn’t too hot when we stayed there. We also believe we left something in the apartment but when we contacted the property about it we never received a response.
• Zahra (8/5): Lovely stay in the centre of QC - The location is amazing. Amenities correspond to the description. The only thing to take into account is that the door of the bedrooms is a sliding door.
• Sue (8/5): Other than no contact details to report a problem, we loved the apartment & would certainly recommend it. - The apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated, facilities were great. Unfortunately there was no emergency contact number and we were not able to contact anyone to report a problem with the electrical sockets in the kitchen which weren’t working, which meant both the kettle & toaster didn’t work in there. I tried emailing the reservation email in the hope they would pass on the information, but they didn’t even bother replying. We therefore had to plug both the kettle & toaster into a plug near the floor of the living area, not ideal.

• June (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment located perfectly for the Old Town - spaciousness and location There was a constant electrical hum coming from a cupboard next to the apartment
• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Kitchen was small but very well stocked. We could have used more bathroom towels and a little laundry detergent.
• Lilianna (10/5): The apartment t was very neat and enjoyable to stay at. - I liked that the place looked very clean and the location in the old town of Quebec. There was no need to use a car while in town. Need a few more mugs for coffee in the apartment, and maybe basic kitchen supplies, like sugar, tea, coffee.
