• grondin (9/5): super séjour avec des québecois incroyablement sympas - tout était propre et moderne , le petit plus : une grande terrasse la salle de bain non fermée au milieu de 2 chambres

• Sally (9/5): A great choice 20 minute walk or short uber ride away from old Quebec city. - A large space for multiple guests. Fully equiped kitchen including coffee and and coffee filters. Host provided many ideas for restaurants and grocery shopping. Host was easy to contact and went out of his way to return forgotten item. Maybe a heavy curtain in one bedroom to block outside street lamp.

Steep steps to mezzanine bedroom not suitable for many people, bathroom was a corridor, not private. The toilet had a door but was still not private, due to the only ventilation being through the open ceiling! There was no lock to the apartment door! It was locked from the street but the actual apartment door was accessible by anyone entering the ground floor flat, which was bizarre!
• Teresa (8/5): Spacious, well located apartment - Good location downtown, to supermarkets and shops. Dave very kindly met us and gave us the keys. Very spacious/quirky, well equipped apartment. Loved old record player and decor. Fantastic industrial washing and drier. Good value for money. A little dated in places...bedroom window, balcony, and kitchen could do with a little overhaul. Would have had problems accessing the second bedroom, due to the steepness of the stairs leading to the mezzanine, which was very warm at night.

We've stayed in numerous bnb's across Canada at similar prices and found this to be below par. The building is not in great shape. Bathroom not private. A small container of milk for tea would have been nice on arrival.

• Peter (10/5): a very spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. - Dave was very helpful, meeting us and explaining the apartment details and then leaving us to our privacy over next 3 days. a gem of an apartment in a great location. lots of restaurants within 15 mins and old port a 30 min walk. second bedroom is up a steep ladder but that didn’t affect us.
