• Petr (8/5): Dobré ubytování na dobrém místě. - Prostorný apartmán se dvěma ložnicemi. Poloha ve druhém poschodí. Účelné uspořádání, dostatek místa a úložných prostor, Kuchyně vybavená nádobím na vaření, mikrovlnka atd., velký jídelní stůl, velká lednička, myčka na nádobí (nepoužili jsme). V každé místnosti samostatná televize. Velká koupelna s toaletou, otevřený velký sprchový kout. Informace o přístupu do apartmánu bylo poslané WhatsApp v den příjezdu. Vstup do apartmánu je na kód, který se zadává přímo na otočném mechanizmu zámku na dveřích. Asi bych s tím zápasil a hledal kde se kód zadává, postup, jednotlivé kroky atd., ale čekala na nás paní, která při příjezdu vybrala poplatek za pobyt a ukázala nám mechanizmus a postup odemykání a zamykání dveří. Apartmán je vytápěný radiátory, ale bez ovládání (automaticky), takže např. sušení rukavic po lyžování na studeném trvá dlouho. Parkovací místa pro apartmány jsou hned vedle domu. Špinavý a zaprášený otopný žebřík v koupelně (vyřešili jsme sami). Jinak čisto. Dvě manželské postele a pro každou jedna velká přikrývka pro obě osoby, jak jsem se dočetl v recenzích. Psali jsme do ubytování, jestli budeme mít každý svou přikrývku (tj. 4 kusy celkem), odpověď - ano. Ale nedopadlo to. Měli jsme pro jistotu s sebou navíc dvě deky.

• Tamás (7/5): Jó szállás, de lehetne rajta még javítani, akár néhány aprósággal is. - Ár-érték arányban egy jó szállás, nagy, két külön hálóval. Kb. 20-25 percre autóval a Kreischberg sípályától. Jó felszereltség, külön TV a szobákban. Szép és tágas helyiségek, saját parkoló a ház mellett. Az ágyak és matracok nem voltak túl kényelmesek, kicsit nyikorgott is az egyik. Egy közös paplan volt bekészítve a két személyes franciaágyakhoz, ez nálunk és a gyerekeknél is probléma volt, jobb lenne egyszemélyes paplanokkal dolgozni per fő. A fürdőben a zuhanyzón nincs zárható ajtó, ezért bárhogy is próbáltuk, mindig folyt ki víz, amit rendszeresen törölgetni kellett. A mosogatógép nem volt használható, mert kb. 5 cm víz állt benne. Ezt jeleztük is a szállásadónak, aki gyorsan küldött valakit, de másnapra ugyanúgy állt a víz a mosogatógépben, annak ellenére, hogy nem is használtuk, bár jó lett volna.

• Gudrun (6/5): - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und die Wohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind leider sehr unbequem. Die Zahlung (in bar) an eine unbekannte Person war seltsam genauso wie die Informationen zum Smartlock über Whatsapp.

• Marko (9/5): Great skiing trip - The location was great for skiing in Katschberg, just 15 min drive from the gondola. Flat was clean and comfortable. The water pressure for showering was a bit low and only 1 towel per person was too few.

• Radmilo (10/5): - The apartment is very big, spacious with nice and comfortable furniture. It is near the castle. In a minute from the house there is a grocery shop. The nature around is beautiful and everything was very pleasant for us.

• Tine (1/5): Horrible - Before arrival, the owner contacted us to make sure the payment was completed via Booking.com. We confirmed this and followed the instructions. However, the owner kept insisting that no payment had been received — despite us sending a bank statement as proof. From 7 a.m. onwards, we were repeatedly messaged and called in an increasingly aggressive and rude manner. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent over two hours on the phone with Booking.com trying to resolve the situation. Eventually, we were forced to pay in cash just to end the harassment, even though the original payment had gone through properly. Booking later confirmed this and refunded us. We were treated as if we were trying to scam our way in — despite having done everything correctly. The host’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional, verbally aggressive, and completely inappropriate. We have never experienced anything like this before and would absolutely not recommend this property based on the treatment we received.
• Łukasz (8/5): Great place in a good price - The venue is very conveniently located. Kitchen has everything one might need to prepare meals. The apartment is spacious and freshly furnished. It is a great place to ski on various slopes in the area.

There is a lot of equipement in the kitchen and also salt, oil, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, .... The check-in is contactless. There is free parking in front of the house. Easy to find. The only negative thing is that it is close to the road and you can hear traffic inside at night.

The Wi-Fi was working properly. Smart TVs for watching Netflix. The house is on the route, but it is not noisy during the night. A recommendation for a second towel per person.

Also good wifi, rooms were spacious, each room had it's own balcony, so a lot of fresh air. Beds were also comfortable and they had a nice coffee machine and full kitchen. Would have been nice to have more than 1 towel per person. Also, although the location is great, if you're coming in for F1 at red bull ring, it's an 1h 30m drive to the circuit. Also the village doesn't have a lot of restaurants (I think 3) so you're best bet is to bring food or go to nearby cities for food.
• Tomáš (8/5): Very nice apartment that is good, but can be better, if the owner fixes some issues. - Place. Cleanliness. Coffeemashine. Coffee for guests. Well equipped kitchen. Place for skies. Potential to be very good apartment. Beds are good, but there is just one mattress for double-bed. For me it is uncomfortable - if you turn, your wife wake up because the movement is spread to the second part of mattress. There is just one cover for two people - you must share with your partner - not my cup of coffee. Either me or she was not covered. Please buy each for everybody. And please provide more big body towels for everybody. There were just six small, which I usually use just for hands and face. And the last think I would improve is heating. There is no place for ski boots. You can dry it only next to radiator, but the radiator was never so hot to dry ski boots. Never. I tried to increase heating, but it did not work. Maybe the problem was setting. I know, that my friends did not have this problem in the next apartment in the same house. You do not have to use radiator to dry ski boots, if the owner buy or create a dryer for ski boots - there is a place next to washing-machines in the basement . If the owner fixes this issues, the apartment would be great!

• Pia (9/5): Great for short or long stay for ski trips - Very spacious, clean apartment, close to many big ski resorts. We loved our stay and wish we could stay longer. The bathroom is big, the beds were comfy, all in all really good The kitchen lacked some essentials like salt, oil, tea, etc, but for our one night there it was ok.
• Tim (8/5): Very good - It's a pretty good performance for the money. The bathroom is nice. The owner is quite responsive. They have a door lock with password. If you arrive with two cars, you might have problems as the house only has 4 parking spaces. Perhaps the kitchen utensils were not as clean as we would like. The hot water in the shower is only enough for 2 people, which is a shame considering the flat is for 4 persons... Do not get me wrong, the bed is ok, but it could be more comfortable
• Danijel (8/5): Value for money - Apartment is big, with two sleeping rooms, it is newly renovated with TV in every room. Kitchen very well equipped and grocery store just 50 meters away. In surounding there are couple ski resorts reachable within 20-25 minutes. It was not very clean and there is no ski storage room.
• Jerzy (1/5): Very bad, stay away, avoid - Nothing Beware of a fraudster and a scammer, he makes you pay in advance for your next stay, and then he charges you with imaginary costs of additional cleaning, rearranging furniture, etc. and steals the money paid, I do not recommend it and I warn you, the house is old, you can fall down the stairs, insufficient amount of hot water , double bedding disqualifies use by two strangers.

• Dmytro (10/5): unbelievable - an incredibly beautiful place, a beautiful village with a fast mountain river in a mountain valley, an ancient church and a castle on a mountain. The apartments are beautiful, comfortable beds, good bedding. There is a dishwasher. The only thing is that I would like slightly bigger towels. A coffee machine with a large amount of coffee was a pleasant bonus 🤣 . I would like to come back here again. thank you.
• Lujosef (8/5): We loved our stay here and definitely recommend it. - Location! Such a beautiful location. Ramingstein is just a little town but we had everything we needed very close by. We had very easy access to the house with a code provided by the host and the apartment had all the necessities. Clean house, large rooms. Private parking etc. The bathroom is a bit tight. Not necessarily a negative but that's the only thing I didn't really like as there's only one toilet in the apartment.

• Zbyněk (9/5): nice accommodation for ski fans with a car - accessibility from the main road good availability of ski resorts (15 to 35 km) the size of the rooms is sufficient, nice quality furniture and beds, plenty of clothes dryers and hangers insufficiently stable heating, especially at night (set at 19.5 degrees C), hot water for the shower only after a phone call, then steadily, among the dishes there were no wine glasses or punches, zero personal contact with the operator/owner - very impersonal behavior

Spacious apartment with all amenities including free coffee, laundry, parking space. Market and restaurants nearby. Great communication with the host. For sure we will come back.
