Cathleen (8/5): A nice getaway at a reasonable price - The host was friendly and we had no problems. The AC was good and the water and fridge in the room were definite pluses. It was secure and safe. It was convenient to walk to a local grocery store. The people in the neighborhood were friendly and even stopped to help us get a taxi when we needed one! The location was good for a quiet place without a lot of street traffic but it was a ways off of the main parts of town.
