• Ina (8/5): - De omgeving is prachtig. De haard is fijn tijdens koude avonden. Goed ingericht huisje. Contactloos sleuteloverdracht ging prima. Jammer dat er geen lucifers waren, nu kon ik mijn meegenomen haardhout niet aansteken. De ingang was voor ons niet erg duidelijk.
• Anouska (9/5): - Uitstekende locatie. Mooi appartement! Het 2 persoonsbed was een heel.goed bed maar wat aan de kleine kant.
• Nathalie (8/5): Mooie uitvalbasis - Ideale uitvalbasis voor vele wandelingen. Bakkers op 5 minuten rijden. Appartement rustig gelegen. Keuken is goed uitgerust. Gezellig om er 's avonds tot rust te komen. De appartementen zijn niet goed geïsoleerd en wij hadden de pech om luide bovenburen (ook toeristen) te hebben die tot in de late uren veel plezier hadden. Hier kunnen de eigenaren niets aan doen uiteraard. Badkamer/douche kan wel wat vernieuwing gebruiken.

• Edwin12 (9/5): Ingesneeuwd te Robertville. - Sleutel eenvoudig opgehaald op de werkplek van de eigenaresse, zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Ruim appartement in een rustig dorp, ideale locatie om vanaf de voordeur wandelingen te kunnen starten. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime badkamer met 2 wastafels. Slaapkamers voorzien van comfortabele bedden. Mooie openhaard en gezellig ingerichte woonkamer met uitstekende bank. Goede tv met ontvangst van veel kanalen, w.o. enkele Vlaamse en Nederlandse zenders. Prima gratis wifi. Groot balkon met mooi uitzicht. Kortom, een verblijf om aan te raden. Het was soms wat gehorig omdat het appartement zich bevind binnen een gebouw met permanente bewoning. Als bij de buren de wasmachine stond te centrifugeren maakte dat een goed hoorbaar bonkend geluid maar was op zich niet storend.
• raman-wisman (10/5): Perfect wij komen terug! - De ligging was prachtig. Alles voorradig wat je nodig hebt. De verhuurster christelle heel erg vriendelijke dame! Eigenlijk niks viel er tegen. Er was onderhoud bezig in appartement maar dat maakte de sfeer niet minder.

• Joseph (1/5): My advice to anyone reading - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! - What was meant to be a pleasant birthday weekend escape, our stay was marred by the state of the apartment - the safety, cleanliness, lack of basic amenities and noise - and the very poor and disappointing attitude of the hosts. First and foremost, there was a significant amount of black mould in the bathroom, with no ventilation system in place. This poses a serious threat to anyone's health, especially my partner who has a history of asthma. During our stay, he increasingly felt unwell and was coughing a lot after the second night. Therefore, regrettably we felt compelled to cut our trip short, and left before our final night. We informed the host of this with a request for a refund of the final night. However, we neither received a refund nor an apology from them. We were forced to escalate this case to Booking.com, and even then the unsympathetic hosts refused to provide a refund despite failing in their obligations to provide a healthy and safe environment. In addition, we experienced a number of other issues during our stay. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that no towels were provided. When asking the host, they informed us these were available at an additional cost of 10 euros for towels per person. This information is not available before booking and was not provided to us before our arrival. We checked this on an Apple mobile device and this information was not listed. Had we known, we would have either booked somewhere else or brought our own towels. Moreover, rather than the owners coming to the rental property themselves to supply the towels, we were asked to go their private home to collect them. For the price, however, these basics should be expected and I have never stayed in a place where towels were not provided, even in hostels! Cleanliness and lack of other basic amenities were also major issues. No soap provided anywhere and only one roll of toilet paper in one toilet, none in the other. These are basic things which should be provided, especially considering the cost of the apartment. The coffee machine water filter was very dirty. Last but by no means least, the noise from the apartment above was very loud and just made the stay even more unpleasant. Despite raising all these issues to the host, no apology or understanding was forthcoming, which was deeply disappointing.
