• Ian (7/5): May 2026 in Apartment 1 - Very responsive staff when any issues were raised. Numerous light bulbs didn't work in the property but when this was highlighted it was fixed the next day. There was a missing air conditioning remote, but again this was resolved the next day. I think the kitchen and the beds in the bedrooms should be replaced to live up to high level expectations. The bathroom only has a light for the vanity mirror, so it is very dark when using it. The shower screen leaks so the floor is always wet. The toilet seat wasnt fixed properly so it moved when in use. The toilet blocked on the 3rd day, but on raising this with the owners, they came and fixed it within 30 minutes (and this was late at night). The apartment has lots of cats and they like the outdoor furniture at number 1. Unfortunately this meant the furniture was covered in fur and was almost unusable. When I raised this with the owner, they replaced the furniture with plastic seats within the day. Basically the apartment is nice, but showing its age. When it's advertised as being a high level option on their site, it didn't live up to those expectations. But the staff were fantastic and looked to resolve as many things as possible, and in really fast time. The bed in the master bedroom had a comfy mattress, but the bed frame itself squeaked and rattled at any movement. This wasn't highlighted to staff as I didn't think there was anything they could do in our 5 day stay to resolve. Would I stay again? Yes Would it be better is the apartment had a small refresh? Yes, and I think it would be great value for money if this happened.

• Svenja (8/5): For a short family trip, the apartment is perfectly fine overall. - The host was very attentive and called us almost daily to ask if we needed anything. The apartment was very clean, and there were even new pans available in the kitchen. Overall, everything necessary was there, although the apartment was furnished quite simply and only with the essentials. Still, we had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, there were not enough towels provided, as each person only received one large towel for the entire stay. The biggest issue, however, was the internet connection in the apartment. The Wi-Fi only worked properly on the lower floor. As soon as you moved upstairs or several people were connected at the same time, it became almost impossible to work or use the internet reliably.

• Ralf (8/5): Prima. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Anlage. Kurze Wege runter zum Meer etc. - Viel Platz mit 2x Terrasse und 2x Balkon aussen und innen ebenso. Alles gut in Schuss. Es wird permanent auch Repariert. Sauberkeit war top. Vor Ort Managerin war jeden Tag da, ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Gärtner, Handwerker immer da und sofort im Einsatz. Der einzig negative Punkt: Wenn man dort länger sein will und somit auch kochen etc., dann ist die Küchenausstattung nicht überall vollständig. Kein Toaster, zu wenig Töpfe, Pannen und Kochutensilien wie z. B. Bratenwender - also ein Spiegelei fehlerfrei aus der Pfanne zu kommen. Musste ich zukaufen. Auch die Küchenschubladen laufen nicht ruhig, nicht gut - kann man mit leben, aber ist eben nicht so gut wie alles andere....

• Jeznach (6/5): Ogólnie przyjemnie i wygodnie - Wielkość apartamentu i taras Brak prądu w jeden z sypialni na górze, brak przejściówek do gniazdek, słaba patelnia-wszystko przywierało i smród w szafkach kuchennych.
• Gábor (9/5): Szép nagy, tiszta apartman - Nagyon szép nagy, tiszta apartman világos szobákkal, hangulatos erkéllyel, remek medencével. 3 wc, 2 fürdő, óriási konyha-étkező-nappalival bőven elég volt 8 főre is. Nagyon puha matracok. Személyzet rögtön segített ágynemű kapcsán, mikor kértünk. Szomszéd rászólt a gyerekekre a medencénél hogy ne labdázzanak, wifi néha gyenge volt, sok a macska a környéken, alsó szoba picit dohos 6 főre ideális a 3 francia ágy, a 2 pótágy viszont nem olyan kényelmes. Konyha felszereltsége közepes, bár van mosó és mosogató gép is, kéne még egy kenyér pirító gép és pár elosztó, mert a dugalj helyi, specialis.
• Stefan (7/5): Ein schönes, geräumiges Appartement – leider getrübt durch unnötig konfrontative Kommunikation - Sehr gute Kommunikation bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe, einfacher Zugang, schnell zu finden. Das Reihenhaus war sehr schön, zwei Stockwerke, viel Platz, ein Bad im OG und ein kleines WC neben der Küche. Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Eingang, es sind ein Tisch und Stühle draußen vorhanden, unten auf der Terrasse und auch oben auf den Balkonen Stühle. Alles war super sauber. Leider gab es ein unangenehmes Missverständnis bezüglich der Hausregeln (Stromkarte). Statt nachzufragen, wurde mir fälschlicherweise unterstellt, die Wohnung verlassen zu haben, obwohl meine Tochter anwesend war. Die Reaktion des Gastgebers mit Androhung von Strafen und Schlüsselentzug wirkte unnötig konfrontativ. Auch der Vorschlag, die Unterkunft zu verlassen, statt die Situation zu klären, war befremdlich. Schade, denn ansonsten war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Stromsystem mit der Keycard ist extrem unpraktisch gestaltet: Die Karte ist fest mit dem Schlüsselbund verbunden, sodass man sie zum Öffnen oder Schließen jeder Tür (vorne/hinten) entfernen muss. Dadurch fällt sofort der gesamte Strom im Appartement aus – inklusive WLAN, TV, Klimaanlagen und Licht. Besonders nervig ist das abends, wenn man z. B. die Eingangstür von innen verriegeln möchte und im Dunkeln steht. Während solche Systeme in Hotelzimmern üblich sind, wirkt es in einem mehrstöckigen Appartement mit mehreren Räumen übertrieben und alltagsuntauglich. Hier wäre eine Standard-Lösung (z. B. separate Schlüssel/Karte oder ein System ohne Stromunterbrechung) deutlich gastfreundlicher.

• Victoria (8/5): Great location if you have a car, modern, clean, staff friendly and happy to help with any concerns - Modern, clean and staff were so friendly and helpful with any concerns and supported us. When we had an issue, staff were quick to replace non working items, offer clean towels. Great location for us with a car between Paphos and Coral Bay - would definitely stay again. Very tight parking spaces, property needed a bit of TLC - sofa was very uncomfortable, could do with some more utensils and kitchen items to make staying more than a couple of nights easier. Thin walls so heard the neighbours constantly - maybe some soft furnishings would help. Wi-Fi was very hit and miss.

• Debra (10/5): - The apartment was lovely and spacious, very comfortable bed and the shower is amazing You have to have a car as there is no amenities close enough to walk to. Hopefully in time someone will open a bar close by, so you can enjoy a holiday drink without the drive.
• Oliver (10/5): Tökéletes, visszatérünk még… - Nagyon jó helyen volt,egy lezárt részen. A szállásunk a medencére nézett. Nagyon tágas volt 2 külön hálószobával,így négyen kényelmesen elfértünk. Mi hiányoltuk a kenyérpirítót,de ez inkább csak “jó lett volna,ha” kategória.

• Marta (9/5): - Apartament przestronny, komfortowy w spokojnej okolicy. Idealna lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy. Na plus również czystość w apartamencie oraz bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Niestety w okresie zimowym - byliśmy początkiem lutego wyczuwalna wilgoć i widoczna pleśń na roletach w sypialniach.

• Inna (10/5): Обовʼязково повернемось ще. - Помешкання дуже хороше, чисто, достатньо місця. Гарна та простора тираса. Єдиним невеликим мінусом було те що трішки потрібно було йти до моря, але там чудові краєвиди тому можна ними насолодитись.

• Μ.Καμμπουρη (3/5): Κακή εμπειρία στο κατάλημα - Το σπιτι ευρύχωρο με άνετο παρκιν Τα κλιματιστικά στα 2 υπνοδωμάτια δεν δούλευαν Το ένα άτομο αρρώστησε Την επομενη μέρα ήρθε η καμαριέρα αλλά δυστυχώς δεν μας εξυπηρέτησε Η τηλεόραση αν και τεράστια δεν είχε κανένα κανάλι να δούμε αν και προσπαθήσαμε να συνδέσουμε μέσω κινητών για να μπορέσουμε να παρακολουθήσουμε κάτι. Το μπανιο το ένα ήταν βουλωμένο, τα στόρια στο ένα παράθυρο έλειπε ένα κομμάτι που μας έβλεπαν οι γείτονες. Ο ιδιοκτήτης δικαιολογηθικε ότι δεν του το ειπα στην χ περίοδο που δούλευε το προσωπικό. Αναγκάστηκα να φύγουμε σε 3 ημέρες να βρούμε άλλο κατάλυμα χωρίς να αποζημιωθουμε

• Mateusz (8/5): - Pokoje, przestronność, cena, lokalizacja okej, ale bez auta było by ciężko. Dużo fajnych kotków. Apartament miał wszystko co trzeba z wyposażenia. Na koniec wyjazdu zobaczyliśmy karalucha w kuchni, ale był na niego spray do likwidacji.

• Amanda (10/5): I would definitely stay at this accommodation again but would prefer if it was in walking distance to Paphos. - Very comfortable, quiet and clean accommodation. Staff very helpful especially Xavier who was always on hand to assist with any problems. Location, you do need a car. Would not be suitable for those with mobility issues as the accommodation is at the top of a very steep hill.
