- Régis (6/5): Bien situé mais mérite un nettoyage plus approfondi - L’emplacement est super et le fait d’être au rez-de-chaussée est pratique. Il y a une piscine c’est un plus. La personne qui gère les logements (concierge) se rend disponible. L’appartement était propre en surface, mais la douche de la salle de bain présente des moisissures odorantes. La chambre est adjacente à cette salle de bain et il n y a pas de fenêtre, l’odeur était donc également présente dans la chambre. Voyageant avec un bébé de 4 mois, il nous a été impossible de dormir dans cette chambre pour éviter tout risque sanitaire. Nous avons dû nous adapter au mieux, notamment dormir sur les canapés-lits peu confortables. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial, sachant que le nettoyage est payant (50€) et que nous n’avons donc pas pu utiliser ni la chambre ni la salle de bain , mais nous étions face au concierge qui « ne pouvait rien faire ». Pas de proposition de mise en contact avec le propriétaire. Nous sommes déçus car l’emplacement et l’espace de l’appartement nous plaisaient.
