- Jochen (5/5): Nette Unterkunft mit viel Luft nach oben, vorteilhaft der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz. - Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig Sauberkeit des Apartments nicht besonders. Wenig Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden, teilweise beschädigt.

We will definitely stay here again! Great value for money for a property of this calibre! Oh and the reception staff were just WONDERFUL! AAA+++ Nothing - it was absolutely PERFECT

It was modern, clean, great views and location / proximity to tourist areas. - Room was as described (modern / clean / well appointed), great views from the windows and location was excellent in relationship to the tourist areas. Immediately surrounding the condo was a bit rough (graffiti, unkept empty buildings and homeless). Also, most of the gym equipment provided in the building unit was either broken or breaking.
- Katharine (10/5): Amazing Stay in Super Clean and Modern Studio - Wonderful Location! - The location was perfect, so easily to walk to all the big sites and an easy Uber ride from the airport. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was fabulous, especially Rachel! Apartment super clean, spacious, washer and dryer included with stocked kitchen for easy stay. Will stay again when we are back in Quebec City!

- Dennis (7/5): Things to be addressed - Nice modern decore . Proximity to old Québec Parking in the building did not accommodate larger vehicles, and was not emphasized in the description . The apartment needs to have a higher level of maintenance to keep its price point, many little things are to be repaired. -Blinds that are broken, -Metal bed that sqeeks , -Shower temperature control is very hard to ajust . -wine cooler did not function. -Humidity damage on cealing in shower . - The controls for lighs and other features should be explained had to figure it out and afew did not work. This is a list for the owner to consider, I am not running down this property. It is so that the issues can be addressed, and helpkeep this property at a level that it deserves. Hope I did not offend the owner, it is ment to be constructive.
