• Denise (8/5): Grande appartement avec potentiel - Nous avons pris un appartement avec une chambre, le numéro 605 qui est à l’arrière et au calme (pas de bruit de rue) car donnant sur les arrières cours • Appartement propre, clair, spacieux • Bcp de rangements dont un dressing • Balcon serait bien s’il n’était pas si bruyant à cause des climatiseurs ? Fort bruit de ventilateur • Serviettes grandes et épaisses • Cuisine bien équipée (mais il manquait des provisions de base comme café, huile, vinaigre; il n’y avait que du sel et poivre) • Buanderie bien pratique • Bcp de prises électriques dans toute l'appartement L'immeuble est à distance raisonable des centres touristiques de la ville de Québec. Dans les rues juste derrière il y a des restaurants et commerces comme une épicerie. Même si l'appartement est très bien, il pourrait être bcp mieux en faisant qq rajouts : • Store occultant pour la chambre à poser (il était dans le dressing) • Manque de lumière dans la chambre le soir (voir photo avec l'unique lampe de chevet allumée) ; une seule lampe de chevet (au lieu de deux) et il faudrait une lampe sur pied ou des appliques • Une des prises électriques de la chambre au dessus du radiateur ne fonctionnait pas • Lampe sur pied à côté de la baie vitrée du salon ne fonctionnait pas (voir photo du salon le soir avec l'unique lampe allumée) • Lavabo de la SdB avait besoin d’être débouchée • Le sol de la cuisine était collant • Service vaisselle à compléter (il ne restait que 2 des petites assiettes) • Le courrier avec les informations était incorrecte en ce qui concernaient le réseau wifi • Pas d’informations concernant le contrôle du système climatiseur/ chauffage (ce qui fait que nous avons chauffé au lieu de refroidir) • Planche à repasser - il faudrait remplacer la housse (qui ne tient plus) • Il manquait de quoi faire des glaçons

• Richard (8/5): Excellent apartment and location. Poor communication, unresolved issues. - The apartment is in just the perfect location in a very interesting district full of shops, restaurants and bars, and 5 minutes walk from the old city. Buses to explore further afield were available from a few minutes walk from the property. Immaculate towels and bed linen, expansive view from the balcony, and very quiet. Food stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. all within easy walking. On arrival there was no wifi (router error) and no TV signal. We made frequent and daily communications through Booking.com messaging but communication with the host was impossible since all messages, we discovered, were routed to the reception which was not always manned and did not respond promptly. There was not 24hr reception cover, as advertised. The apartment wifi was eventually fixed but we never had any TV service.

• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage for clothes. We particularly liked the walk in shower. Rachelle on reception was a delight. She came to the apartment and sorted out our TV which had decided not to work and she always had a smile and time for a chat with us as we were coming and going from the building. The location of the building was perfect for visiting the old town. Everything was in walkable distance. The car parking spaces are very tight ' be aware if you have a larger car.
