The windows were filthy and the AC didn’t work in one room. The owner lives in Bogota.Money saved at the wrong place

The pictures online are nicer than it looks in person, and they merge pictures of the different units into one listing. I understand, and feel terrible, that they had a bad hurricane, but they should take updated photos and be honest about the current condition of the building and units. The 3 bedroom apartment does not have a nice view or nice balcony. There was hot water but only in one of the showers.
