Frank (9/5): - Familie Natter ist sehr freundlich, persönlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Wellnessbereichs (Sauna, Dampfbad, Heuzimmer) hat uns positiv für ein kleines Hotel überrascht. Das Frühstück wird in Boxen um 7 Uhr vor die Zimmertür gestellt und war mit gek. Eiern, Joghurt, O-Saft, regionalem Käse und frischem Wurstaufschnitt für uns perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The apartment exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living space and stunning mountain views. The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. One of our favorite touches was the fresh bread service—ordered each evening and delivered right to our door early in the morning. There’s nothing better than waking up to warm bread for breakfast! The apartment is perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation and ideal for families. The kids loved the dedicated playroom, which had a great variety of toys, including a ping pong table and a table football. The sauna and spa area were also spotless, spacious, and perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. With everything you need and breathtaking mountain views, this place is truly a gem. We would gladly come back anytime! Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations, and this will set the standard for any future apartments we book in the region.

Gwenne (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a beautiful, peaceful spot between Au and Schoppernau. Every morning, we woke up to the gentle sound of cowbells and a view of the mountains. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the cable car. The supermarket is a bit further away, but in addition to offering a full breakfast, the owners also provide a bread service: if you place your order the day before, fresh bread rolls will be waiting at your door the next morning. The apartment itself was fully equipped: modern, practical, and at the same time tastefully decorated with natural materials and wood. Everything was spotless. On rainy days, we enjoyed the wellness facilities. Everything was wonderful.

Dieter (10/5): Luxurious ambience in a superb location - Modern build with high-class, traditional materials. Great views over the valley. Super comfortable and quiet. High standard wellness area. Host went out of his way to meet us at the bottom of the hill and lend us and fit snow chains for the rental car., to get up the hill to the property. Herr and Frau Natter also looked us up later to personally wish us a merry Christmas and left us with a supply of Christmas cookies They made us feel really welcome. Their place is in a great location for winter activities: tobogganing, hiking, skiing, Nordic skiing. Almost perfect! The only suggestion I’d make is an automated SMS the day before departure, to remind guests about the check-out time.
