• Guest (9/5): Ambiente tranquilo y confort en el apartamento. Sugerimos más variedad en el desayuno. - La ubicación es perfecta para ir a los sitios de interes. Las obras que se están realizando en la zona frente al Edificio dificulta un poco la movilización a otros lugares y es incómodo por la tanto genera polvo y ruido. Obviamente que esto se sale de su control por parte del edificio. Sugerimos que antes de entregar el apartamento se deben cerciorar que todo funcione perfectamente como las persianas, la indicación para manipular los controles del televisor y que estén funcionando. Además en la salida de la ducha sería apropiado un tapete antideslizante para evitar posibles caídas y accidentes. También debería tener una cafetera y una licuadora.

• Roshain (5/5): Low cost showed in the accommodation. - Convenient facilities located on the property. Loud music blaring all night long, bed was very small, I wasn't provided any linens for the bed, no wash cloth, 1 single towel, nowhere to dispose of my trash, and room was overrun with spiders.

• Brian (3/5): Party hotel run by kids, you won't sleep and nobody cares - The facilities were in decent shape and relatively clean. It was nice to have many beds and rooms and the AC and Internet worked all very reliably during our stay. There is a lot of construction and the hotel making it hard to walk around. There are many restaurant options close by but they are pretty expensive. The description says no parties allowed yet there were parties ALL NIGHT LONG both nights we stayed. We messaged the host with no response, the second night it was too much so we went in the middle of the night to speak with security and they said they would talk with the students about the music but nothing was done. The on sight security/management has no authority or is scared of the kids living there apparently letting them do whatever they want. This is not family friendly and not somewhere to stay if you want to actually sleep. No discount or refund was offered only excuses were given. Instead of being refreshed after an expensive stay we were all exhausted. Never again! One of the showers did not drain properly so the water would overflow and run into the bathroom and hall Lastly, the apartment wasn't fully equipped, we had to ask multiple times for things like hand towels and a trash can which they provided but with no bag even after requesting one multiple times.

• Tobias (5/5): Passable - Location outside of the noisy and busy city. There’s a gym and a pool. Unfortunately, due to Easter, the restaurant and the cafeteria were closed. The breakfast that I booked was therefore a small and super basic bag of a “sandwich”, apple and a juice and didn’t include coffee. That was a joke! There was no control of the AC which means it was always on a very cold level or off. The towel and blanket had little stains. Last but not least: LivinnX is rather a student dormitory (where apartments are rented out for tourists). I didn’t mind that but I was not aware of it before.

• Timothy (10/5): I felt like I was staying at an apartment in my home country, very comfortable and friendly staff. - The breakfast was delicious, all of the kitchen staff were exceptional and were very helpful even though my spanish is at beginner's level. The gym had all of the equipment I needed and more, I had the most peaceful and focused workouts in that gym. The courtyard had many types of sitting areas & a nice pool. The cafe was spacious and clean, had great refreshments and delicious pastries. The young lady in the cafe was quite pleasant and always smiling. The security was attentive and helpful. Everyone at the property made sure I had a comfortable time working and relaxing in Colombia. The wifi strength decreased the last 2 days of my visit and I lost connections during my video meetings frequently those last 2 days. I'm sure the staff could have fixed the issue, instead of informing the staff I choose to just go enjoy Barranquilla instead of working those last 2 days.
