Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend – ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
• Beata (10/5): super spędzony czas - rewelacyjna miejscówka - Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Szczerze polecam pobyt w tych apartamentach. Czyściutko, cisza wokół , widok na góry oraz jezioro, niczego nie brakuje. Do centrum Zell am See spacerkiem, wzdłuż brzegu jeziora - ok. 15 minut. Sądzę, że jeszcze skorzystamy.
• Angela (6/5): Desagradável e estressante. - Boa limpeza e instalações novas. Possivelmente para economizar os proprietários limitaram as temperaturas do ambiente e da água. Tivemos que reclamar e acionar a booking para que alguma providência fosse tomada. O dono foi muito ríspido com insinuações racistas nas interações pessoais. Na primeira noite tivemos que dormir vestindo casacos. Por fim, os travesseiros eram desconfortáveis, o aquecedor num dos quartos não funcionou e a lava louças estava com defeito. Fica afastado das pistas de esqui. Funciona apenas para quem está de carro. A experiência foi mediana. Mudamos para outra acomodação mais central que foi muito mais agradável.

Bezproblémové instrukce k otevření brány vjezdu do dvora s dostatečným počtem parkovacích míst a snadné vyzvedenutí klíčů v bezpečnostní schránce. Dostatek informací skrze aplikaci (odkaz na její stažení zaslán předem v e-mailu) obsahující podrobné informace k pobytu, velice dobře zpracované. Velmi dobré vybavení kuchyně. Teplo v apartmánu ("nepřiškrcené" topení). Vytápěná lyžárna. V krátké dojezdové vzdálenosti do Kaprunu.

• GIGI22 (9/5): Skvělá lokalita, strategicky umístěna v dosahu sjezdovek Zell Am See i Kaprun. Velmi klidné místo. - Hostitel má perfektně zpracovaný manuál před příjezdem. Najdete v něm naprosto vše co potřebujete pro bezproblémový vstup i fungování v apartmánu. Navíc nás mile překvapilo doporučení na restaurace, bary, pekárny, rozvoz jídla a celá řada dalších užitečných informací. Apartmán byl celkově dostatečně zařízený i vybavený. Hezký, čistý a pohodlný.
• Péter Antal (5/5): Nem mennék vissza oda. - Az apartman tiszta, rendezett, kényelmes volt. Se egy terítő, se egy szalvéta, gyengén felszerelt konyha. Nem tetszett az sem, hogy hívtuk a tulajdonost, de nem hívott vissza, ill.az sem hogy az ott felejtett élelmiszereinket egyszerűen, szó nélkül megsemmisítette a takarító személyzet.

• Gudrun (8/5): - Super Lage, die Wohnung (Top 2C) ist schön groß, schöner Balkon, wir konnten uns mit Baby gut ausbreiten. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küche ist ziemlich gut, großzügig ausgestattet für eine Ferienwohnung. Wer aber ernsthaft kochen will, sollte sich ein gutes Messer (die sind alle stumpf) und ev. ein gutes (Holz-)Schneidbrett mitnehmen (vorhandene Plastikschneidbretter, sind *sehr* gebraucht). Das Haussystem mit Self-check-in und allem drum herum hat super funktioniert, das ganze Grundstück ist sehr schön. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz ist sehr angenehm. Die Beleuchtung ist in der Küche sehr schwach, dafür sonst in der Wohnung teilweise zu grell/kalt. Keine Ablage im Vorzimmer. In den Bädern überhaupt keine Ablage bei den Waschbecken, auch in der Dusche nicht ausreichend. Im großen Bad gibt es zwar einen kleinen Schrank, aber Platz für Gewand etc zum Ablegen ist nicht da. Die Handtuchhalter so tief, dass die Handtücher am Boden schleifen bzw. direkt über der Klobürste hängen. Leider schaffen es 98% der Unterkünfte nicht, in Badezimmern vernünftige Ablagen zu machen. Nutzung der Waschmaschine mit Münzeinwurf ist auch nicht optimal. Nur, damit man nach Programmende aufmachen kann, muss man nochmal 1€ einwerfen, weil der Strom weg ist, das ist sehr ärgerlich, die Tür sollte auch so aufgehen. Außerdem stand in der Beschreibung auf Booking nirgends, dass die Waschmaschine etwas kostet, da steht sie bei der Ausstattung dabei. Diese Info kam erst nach abgeschlossener Reservierung mit der Quartierinformation. Bitte die Texte überarbeiten.

• Ariel (9/5): Lovely retreat by the lake - Love the proximity to the lake. Very well appointed apartment. The vicinity of the apartment is safe and lovely. Would highly recommend this place. Wish we had unblocked views.

• Nikola (9/5): Nice flat on a excellent location - Great location, approx 1500 m from the Zell am See and 150 m from the beach. Parking space in the yard. Washing machine at your disposal. Spacious and modern flat. Good and strong wifi. Sofa bed could be more comfy (easy to solve with mattres topper). Summer card is not included.

• Abdullah (9/5): Best for a long stay with family - I like how it is located in a quiet and secure location. The apartment is equipped with almost everything you may need during your stay. I did not like the fact that check out time is strictly 10am. Although I knew about that beforehand, I still think that it is too early for check out. I tried to ask for a late check out (12p.m.) but it was not approved. Pillows need to be improved.

• Balázs (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, well-equipped apartment, continous communitation. Recommended overall. The sofa bed might be a bit uncomfortable for some people but definitely not a dealbreaker for us.

• Oleksii (10/5): Amazing - Probably the best apartments we have ever visited. It's huge, with all the kitchen stuff, with two toilets and a very comfortable place close to the lake. They have private parking, with an electric charger. Also if you want you can use the laundry in the basement. Owners should talk to maids to clean bathrooms with specific chemicals, at least once a month.

• Graeme (9/5): Lovely apartment, very helpful host, great stay! - The well equipped kitchen was great. We had being staying in a hotel before this, and eating in the restaurant was a bit much. Was great to prepare home cooked meals with family around kitchen table. The flat is open and has a great view of the lake, and is in a quiet area. A bit far from shops, but once you work out the buses it's pretty easy. About 10 min walk to train station.

• Kelly (10/5): Fabulous place in Zell - Was a fantastic apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious, the rooms were comfy and the balconies were lovely to enjoy the mountain views. Was great as it is on the lake and you can see it from the rooms. Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

• Ofer (5/5): Passable - The apartment is new and a short driving distance from the Zell Am See center. The apartment is advertised as suitable for 4 persons, however the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen was very uncomfortable and perhaps suitable only for young children. Per our requests, we were given another folding bed which was a small improvement. The owners needed to fix something in the apartment toilet while we there (something that we did not notice and did not bother us), and went inside while we were away even though we asked them to wait until after our check-out the following day. They claimed it was urgent and that they are allowed to do that, but we did not appreciate it.
