• Aoife (9/5): A lovely stay! - We really enjoyed our stay in Coastal Soul! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Main Street and perfect for day trips that we had booked as the port of Airlie was also very near. We appreciated the courtesy call on the first day we arrived to check if everything was okay, and the breakfast suggestions/late check out. Nothing

• Christiane (9/5): Schönes Studio mit tollem Pool vor der Tür - Das Studio ist perfekt für ein Pärchen und bietet viel Platz. Es ist toll, dass man das Bett sogar mit Schiebetüren vom Wohnbereich abtrennen kann. Der Pool war für uns ein echter Traum! Das Restaurant gleich in der Nähe in der Straße ist auch super. Bei der Hitze ist es etwas anstrengend in die Stadt und zu den Stränden oder der Lagune zu laufen, wenn man kein eigenes Auto hat.

Hay un supermercado a 10 minutos caminando, lo que hace todo mas fácil Sugiero cambiar las almohadas

• mélissa (7/5): Good location, but service needs serious improvement - Very well located. Beautiful swimming pool. The apartment itself is pleasant, comfortable, and well designed.No proper welcome upon arrival. No flexibility or arrangement for early check-in, despite availability. Check-in and access to the apartment were unnecessarily laborious and poorly explained. No housekeeping service for three nights: the apartment was not cleaned and towels were not changed, which is unacceptable for this standard of accommodation.

• Kerstin (10/5): Sauber und sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Pool. - Saubere Unterkunft. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und großartigen Pool. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Fußläufig kann man alles perfekt erreichen. Appartement ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet - wirklich perfekt. Gab es nichts nur das, dass Gas vom BBQ leider leer war.

Would book again. - The apartment was beautifully presented With everything you need Clean ,comfortable, great location and nice pool. Could be improved with better outside lighting to be able to enjoy the balcony at night for meal times.

Far enough to be quiet but close enough to walk to the main street and beach. The marina terminal for the ferries was a short walk. The free washer and dryer in the guest laundry was great. The pool was nice. A door for the shower and a better outside light. It was hard to see when unlocking the door.

• Cheryl (7/5): - The Apartment had everything you needed, including a coffee machine. It’s a little old but clean and comfortable. The pool was too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes so we only used it twice briefly.

• Bruna (8/5): Good - The apartment is nice and conveniently located close to Woolworths and restaurants, just a short walk away. I think it matches the description given. They asked for my credit card as a safety deposit, but I chose to transfer the money instead since I wasn't comfortable sharing my card details. It took longer than promised to get the deposit back, and I had to send two follow-up messages. I've never had to do that before, and if I had known this during the booking process, I might have chosen a different place.

The host phoned us on the day and offered early check in which was nice. Compendium and information was useful. Well stocked with cleaning items. All lights worked. Space in the room could be manage better - our suitcases could not fit in the cupboard for example and TV was in an odd location. TV appeared to have poor reception.
