Vicky (1/5): Poor accomodation - Location No electricity for an entire day & previous night and poor communications from the owner, having to constantly chase and get updates. Unsure if the electrician actually called in as he never arrived when we were told and given no feedback as to what caused the outage. Shower door not working which led to water all over the floor in the bathroom. Leak in the kitchen caused by either the fridge or washing machine. Left unattended to for the majority of the day & only realised later that night that someone had come around without our knowledge as the table cloth we used to soak up the water had been moved (we had no other towels to use & this was the only option as the owner wasnt helping us to clean up the leak which had taken up almost half of the kitchen floor).

Helen (9/5): Superb - The appartment was spacious and had nearly everything required for a self catering holiday. Toaster and hair dryer would've been nice but overall really pleased. The balcony was long but faced onto the street rather than the pool but that didn't really bother us as we didn't spend much time out there. Supermarket just steps away and takeaway food right across the road. 10 minute walk to the beach and bus stop around the corner to take you into the busier area of Sunny beach or the other train ride to Nessebar. We were on the 5th floor and the lift does sound a bit dodgy but we didn't have any issues. Wish we had more British channels on the TV because it did rain one day we were there but not a lot to watch on the TV. Suggest taking a dongle with films downloaded on as wifi signal didn't always work.
