Tivemos um único problema com o portão da entrada principal. Em vários momentos a senha não funcionava, precisava alguém vim abrir. E em uma noite onde todos nós estávamos fora do apartamento, a senha também não funcionou e só entramos porque conseguimos alcançar o botão interno.

• pascale (9/5): Un séjour authentique mémorable - Le style authentique, l’excellente literie, la localisation au bord de la rivière et la tranquillité des lieux en font un endroit fantastique pour visiter Cachoéira tout en étant un peu à l’écart de la relative agitation et en restant proche (15 mn à pieds pour une belle petite ballade mènent au centre de Cachoeira qui est juste en face de l’autre côté de la riviere ). Le propriétaire s’est montré très sympathique et très disponible dans ma demande de renseignements divers. Donc je recommande vivement ce lieux et ses appartements de bon goût!
• Isac (10/5): - O apartamento fica bem no centro de São Félix e dá para ir a pé para o Centro Histórico de Cachoeira. A pessoa que nos atende pelo WhatsApp é muito atencioso e solícito. O loft é bastante confortável. Não é viável para pessoa com pouca mobilidade, em função da escada caracol para o quarto, mas tudo está de acordo com a descrição feita aqui na Booking. A rua onde se estaciona é bem tranquila. Enfim, amamos a experiência.

• Rhiane (9/5): Great location, price and very comfortable - It’s a great location, less than a 5 minute walk from the coach station. The kitchen is well equipped, the air conditioner works well, it’s tastefully furnished and there are two balconies. The shower also gets nice and hot. Hosts are responsive When I arrived my code didn’t work, so I had to contact them, they did send someone over within 15 minutes who also couldn’t gain entry but they provided me with another room and it was a well managed inconvenience.
• Lucas (9/5): Ótima estadia na região de São Félix/Cachoeira - Apartamento tipo loft, muito bem equipado, espaçoso e confortável. Muito bem localizado em São Félix e bastante próximo da ponte que liga a cidade ao centro de Cachoeira (cidade com bem mais opções de comércio e restaurantes). Check in e check out muito tranquilos por meio de recebimento de senha de acesso ao prédio e acomodação(self check in). O chuveiro tem uma vazão bem fraca. Escada caracol dentro do apartamento, embora entenda a necessidade, pode ser desconfortável para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, malas e pets. Ar condicionado não dava muita vazão ao ambiente, acredito que isso poderia ser melhorado instalando alguns “toldos” no andar de cima para poder fechar um pouco mais o ambiente do quarto.

Decoração simples, mas de bom gosto. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. Não usei o ar condicionado, pq não precisei, mas ele fica em cima da cama e isso, talvez, incomode um pouco, mas não sei ao certo.
