Dr. Martin (6/5): Überteuerte, altbacken eingerichtete, hellhörige Wohnung - - Sehr hellhörig: Eine Wohnung von ca. 1960; Dämmung interessierte da nicht. - Mündlicher Austausch anstrengend: Beim Telefongespräch mit der Verwalterin wurde ich schon im ersten Satz unterbrochen; einen dritten Satz habe ich dann gar nicht mehr versucht. Infolgedessen übergab ich die Aufgabe der Kommunikation an meine Frau; die Verwalterin zeigt sich auch in dem Gespräch unentspannt. - Keine entpersonalisierte Wohnung: Die Wohnung war bieder und mit Nippes und mit einer Vielzahl schlecht ausgesuchter Bilder eingerichtet. Wer unter hundert Jahre alt ist, will das in der Regel nicht. - Preis und Leistung stimmen nicht: Mit über einhundert Euro pro Tag deutlich zu teuer für die angebotene Qualität.
Sven (10/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung! - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen dann hat man uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage mit kurzen Wegen in die Stadt war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit ist eine 1+ !!! Wir können diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen!
