• Kim (8/5): En meget dejligt og rolig lejlighed med en rigtig god soveværelses seng! - Især soveværelses seng var god, ('midt i mellem' lidt i retning af halvhård). Dejligt tempereret bolig. Stedet lå godt. 15 min til Bad Schandau Banegård, 5 min til bus, 1 min til indkøbssted 3 min fin bager! Gode vandrebøger med ruter for mere erfarne. Dejligt køkken med langt det meste. Stort, badeværelse, stue og soverum. Vi gik: Der Malerweg etape 2, 3, 4, delvis 6 (inkl. en herlig gul trekkingrute), samt etape 5. Meget smuk, eventyrlig og varieret vandreområde i det skønne område. Fantastiske klipper, trapper og udsigter. Brug vandrestøvler! (og evt. stave og knæbind) Utrolig praktisk at man kan benytte både regional tog, (hyggelig) sporvogne, skibe og busser (VVO rejseplan) til at komme rundt, og evt. afkorte ture. Gæstekortet (som vi fik af ejerne ifm. turistskatten er genialt. Det gælder til det hele. Få evt. et to-delt om muligt) Der er en hyggelig restaurant med gode vegetariske og veganske retter, is mv. i Schmilka, (ved hovedvejen), lige nedenfor den brolagte hyggelige vej ned fra bjergene.
• Helmut (7/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen und Erlebnisse. - Praktisch, dass Penny gleich gegenüber ist. Dort gibt es auch einen Metzger. Der Bäcker ist in Rathmannsdorf nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Fähre vom Bahnhof ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Das Wasser in der Dusche war richtig schön warm. Die Gastherme riecht leider unangenehm, verunsichernd.

• Jesper (9/5): Excellent apartment at a good location. Plenty of space and well equipped. - Very well equipped apartment with a good location close to shopping and just 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Bad Schandau. We enjoyed the garden where there was plenty of room for guests from each of the apartments. Some traffic noise while being in the garden, but no problem while being inside the apartment.
• Sandie (8/5): All in all a really nice stay at this place in Bad Schandau - Very nice ground floor apartment with everything you need. Also, there were a lot of toys for the kids. The location is likewise very good for trips and we highly recommend this place. To our taste there were too much perfume in the fabric softener/air freshener

An extremely big flat to an affordable price which contained everything you could need for a stay except for food, clothes and your family 😜 we can highly recommend Villa Arizona. We did not use the cellar area so we have no opinion of that. One of the beds was creaking. Noise from the street, but hard to do something about when it is warm and you want the windows to be open 😉

• Heyouh (10/5): Spacious apartaments - 1st floor did not heat up and was comfortable temperature during day and night, there were no traffic noise at night to disturb the light sleepers. Also there is a nice place to chill at the backyard. Tourist fee allowed us to travel public transport for free and gave additional discounts at other places.
