• Marcin (3/5): Jestem bardzo niezadowolony z pobytu. - Nic. Wszystko, nie było prawie żadnej dobrze działającej rzeczy. Pilot do telewizora zepsuty, zmywarka bez ciepłej wody, powyrywane szafki, odkurzacz był i owszem ale bez rury, szczotka do podłogi to musiał być jakiś żart. Wisienka na torcie był chyba brak kolanka w rurze kanalizacyjnej, smród potężny w domu…. Dodam jeszcze na koniec że jeśli ktoś pisze w ogłoszeniu o 3 sypialniach a nie miejscu zastaje się dwie plus salon z dwoma zwykłymi kanapami zamiast łóżek to jest co najmniej nie fair wobec osoby który korzysta z takiego ogłoszenia.

• Aurora (6/5): Pleasant - Was big and ok Was lied to saying there is a big couple's bed....there were 2 matresses kept sliding so I slept with my ass on the wodden piece Plus at 4 was check in but we had to wait cause cleaning was not done
• Dmitriy (2/5): Very poor - We arrived at 11-00 pm due to flight and the bus delay, and the number for the key box was not as mentioned ion booking. I have call the landlord and explained the situation? he told that there is another number, when I opened the keybox the key was not there. I have zero balance on my phone at the moment when our phone call was disconnected. He did not recall me back to make sure that I manage to enter the apartment. When I managed to top up my balance and call him again he told me where is the second key was hidden. When I enter the apartment it was a complete mess on the kitchen(please have a look photos? it was horrible). It seems that the cleaning lady forgot to visit and tidy up after previous people. The bedding was also not changed. My wife was cleaning the apartment next day. The heating system did not work and I asked the landlord and the leaning lady several times to switch it on, but non of them help me. I have leaving for 8 days in the apartment with a infant child 1 year old and it was crucial to be warm inside. When I checked out I cleaned properly the apartment and sent the photo to landlord. So, Additionally to the rent price I was charged additionally at booking 50 euro for cleaning, but this service I did not receive.
• Ehabelg (1/5): Bad - The location closed to 🚊 tram The equipment of the apartment is old and dilapidated, the refrigerator does not work and is bad, and led to spoilage of my children’s food, the kitchen appliances are very old and almost do not work well, there are no cleaning tools such as a broom and a hand mop, as well as there is no vacuum cleaner or any cleaning tools, and there was no Any materials for cleaning, insects and flies come from the neglected garden, which turned my vacation with my family into hell, spiders in some parts of the house, windows open with great difficulty that need force to open and close them, in general a bad apartment, I do not advise anyone to live in it
