• Saenz (10/5): Al Agua pato 🦆 - La ubicación, la deco, todos los servicios El baño se chorreaba de la bañera porque la mampara de vidrio no cubria la totalidad de la bañera. Perdimos tiempo en limpiar eso cada vez que alguien se bañaba. Pero aún así lo recomiendo

• Feldman (9/5): Ideal para una escapada de fin de semana - La ubicación es excelente, si uno tiene planes por Palermo/Recoleta es una opción ideal ya qué está a metros de Av Santa Fe, a seis cuadras de Plaza Serrano y muy cercano a los bosques de Palermo. Por otro lado nos gustó mucho la recepción de Santiago, totalmente predispuesto y resolutivo a la hora de brindar información. Un solo detalle: el blindexs de la bañera es un poco "chico" y si uno aumenta la presión del agua, sale hacia afuera y en bastante cantidad.

• Dietmar (8/5): Very nice overall. - Good location, near parks, and within walking distance to bars and restaurants in Palermo SoHo. The owner was always very responsive. The balcony shows to closed internal space, not outwards to the road, as the building picture might suggest. It could have been somewhat cleaner (e.g. under sofa, on top of fridge, smell of aircon). There is no possibility to leave the luggage in the building after checkout.

• Ekaterina (8/5): Хорошие апартаменты - Хорошее местоположение (рядом с площадью Италии). Хороший дом, видеонаблюдение, приятный интерьер самих апартаментов. Приветливый представитель хозяина (встретил поздно ночью, все подробно показал и рассказал). Заказали трансфер из аэропорта через представителя апартаментов (хорошо добрались, водитель был на связи с тем человеком, который должен был передать ключи от квартиры). Качество уборки отличное. Удобная кровать. В день приезда представитель хозяина сообщил, что в оплаченное проживание входит 2 уборки (проживание 21 день). По времени первой уборки (через неделю) договорились быстро. При этом получили информацию, что следующая уборка за дополнительную плату. Еще через неделю запросили уборку за дополнительную оплату, но получили информацию, что это невозможно. Несколько дней переписывались. В итоге небыстро, но с уборкой получилось. В описании апартаментов на сайте указано, что есть стиральная машина - недостоверная информация. Нужно быть готовым к тому, что в августе в апартаментах холодно (обогрев только посредством кондиционера, пол холодный). Вода из под крана сильно пахнет хлоркой (возможно так везде). Чайник не работал, но его по запросу быстро заменили. К сожалению, вода (из бутылки, не из-под крана) после кипячения в нем была с неприятным запахом.

Very friendly and professional staff. Balcony not usable. Balcony door lock did not work. Would be great of there were more coffee capsules even if you have to pay extra (we got the wrong ones from the supermarket).
