• cristian (9/5): Merita toti banii - Apartament superb, cu toate facilitatile la indemana, foarte curat, calduros, aproape de statia de skibus, perfect pentru 4-5 persoane oricat de mofturoase. Am acordat 9 din 10 pentru ca este la 10 minute de mers de orice inseamna magazin, restaurant, bar, pub, etc... Este un inconvenient doar pentru noapte, cand skibus-urile se retrag...
• Darko (10/5): - The apartment is very cosy and has all needed fascilities. The welcoming coffee is great. Also heating is very good solved with ground installment The TV set could be more "smart" 🙂
• Kristina (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Fußbodenheizung; bequeme Betten; moderne Bäder; Carport (vorteilhaft bei Schneefall und eisigen Temperaturen); unkomplizierter Kontakt per WhatsApp; Nähe zu AreitXpress Couchoption in der Küche nicht für geräuschempfindliche Menschen geeignet (bei geöffnetem Fenster); Bundesstraße fällt aber ansonsten kaum auf, da gute Schallisolierung und nicht so viel Verkehr durch Umgehungstunnel

• Mee Kyung (10/5): 멋진 곳 - 친구들과 5일을 묵었습니다. 평점이 좋아서 이용하였는데 정말 좋네요. 깨끗하고 안락하고 편안합니다. 모든 게 구비되어 있어 생활하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 크리스틴의 세세함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 거실에서 보는 산 뷰도 좋았고 샷시가 좋아서 문을 닫으면 조용합니다. (도로쪽 창문에 블라인드까지 되어 있어 거실 쇼파베드에서 자도 불빛이 하나도 안 들어오고 조용하게 잘 수 있었어요) 바닥 난방이라 집이 따뜻하고 욕실 바닥도 난방이 되어 화장실이 습하지 않아요. 동네도 조용하고 평화로워서 동네 산책하기도 좋아요. 일년에 한번씩 와서 쉬고 가고 싶네요. 너무 매력적인 곳입니다.

• محمد (10/5): راضيء جداً عن السكن وعن تعامل صاحبة السكن كرستينا - السكن شبه جديد متوفر غسالة ملابس و منشفة ملابس دورتين مياه ، حمام واحد متوفر فيه شطاف مطبخ متوفر فيه كل شي جلسة خارجية جميلة لا شيء
• Nicole (9/5): Ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Region. - Ein tolles modernes Appartement. Netter Aussenbereich, schöne Sicht auf die Berge. Bahnlinie in keinster Weise störend. Gerne doppelte Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck (6x vorhanden) und ein Sichtschutz im Bad durch Fensterfolie oder Plissee wäre schön und würde das Apartment Perfekt machen.
• Milan Štufka (9/5): Hezké ubytování pro rodinu s dětmi. - Hezky vybavený apartmán, vše připraveno dle domluvy. Vše funkční a čistě uklizené. Kávovar připraven vč. kapslí s kávou 👍 Zahrádku není možné zavřít brankou a tudíž jsme museli dbát zvýšené pozornosti, aby děti nespadly ze schodů. Stejně tak jsme museli hlídat psa, aby neutekl na silnici. Pokud by bylo možné prostor uzavřít, neměli bychom žádných výhrad. Parkování je oficiálně pro 1 auto (vyhrazené místo). Druhé auto musí stát u popelnic vedle chodníku, což není ideální pro kapacitu apartmánu pro 6 lidí.
• Douglas (10/5): Fantastic apartment - The best apartment we have ever stayed in! Great quality feel to the whole apartment, comfy beds, spacious bathrooms. Fantastic communication with the host (via WhatsApp). The good quality cooling fans were very welcome during our stay. The best part is the Summer Card which was included in the price of the apartment which gave unlimited access to the local cable cars, buses, trains and access up to Kaprun High dams. The location is easily accessible to/from central Zell am See on foot. Highly recommended for a great family holiday.
• mutlaq (7/5): - الشقة نظيفة والتعامل مع المضيفة ممتاز وهناك شطاف في أحد الحمامات وهناك حديقة خاصة جميلة والمغسلة متوفرة الشقة صغيرة لا تناسب العائلة الكبيرة فهي ممتازة لأربعة أفراد
• SARAH (9/5): كانت شقه جميله وتعامل رائع - كل شي جميل وكرستين جداً متعاونه وخلوقه توفر البطاقه الصيفيه يوجد شطاف اكرمكم الله في دورة المياه الشقه مجهزه بالكامل ويوجد باركنق لسياره مجاني السنتر ماهو قريب يمكن ربع ساعه مشي يوجد جسر للبحيرة والسنتر لكن المنطقه عموماً يوجد بها كل مايحتاجة السائح العربي مطاعم وبقالات عربيه يوجد سوبر ماركت بيلا وسيبار وليدي ذات الاسعار الجيده سعر الشقه كان مرتفع فقط هذا اللذي لم يعجبني

• Chris (10/5): Fantastic apartment - Very smart, modern apartment with great facilities, amazing showers and very comfortable beds. It's just off the main road between Zell Am See and Schuttdorf - opposite the local rail line, which only has occasional trains. BUT the double glazed windows are so good that you can't hear a thing inside the apartment - it's extremely peaceful. The apartment is about a 15 min walk from Zell town centre and about 20 mins walk to the Areit Express cable car, but there are regular and convenient buses going each way. Several good restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. It's a really high quality, spacious apartment, with a well stocked kitchen. Christine was very welcoming and an excellent communicator - always available on phone/text to answer any questions. Thoroughly recommend - we had an amazing stay. Nothing, it was a great stay.

• Meshaal (9/5): good and clean apartment - Mrs. Cristine was so kind and helpful very clean apartment all equipment available free parking fast wifi complete privacy Mrs. Cristine provide us with zell am see card which is very important in zell am see and kaprun little bit far than center needs car very close to street infront of train station not easy to walk to zell am see lake especially if have baby and trolley
• Esmay (10/5): Perfect stay for your ski trip - Location of the apartment is near ski-lifts in Zell am See. But it is also easy to get to Kaprun by car. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable as well. And all contact with Christine went smoothly. We would definitely recommend to stay here!

• Ibrahim (10/5): Exceptional - New, modern and very spacious and comfortable apartment. Equipped with everything you would need even for a longer stay, just like at home. There is a privare free car parking . Easy to reach. Several restaurants and supermarkets in a walking distance. Central location to reach out to city centre. Ms Christine is a wonderful landlord make everything easy for you . Nothing.
